Prive’ the retreat

My experience at PRIVE Recovery was exceptional from start to finish. The space is comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for real healing. The staff were truly wonderful, attentive, kind, professional, and genuinely invested in my comfort and recovery. They had everything I needed and somehow anticipated things I didn’t even know I would need. I felt completely taken care of every step of the way. I would recommend PRIVE Recovery without hesitation to anyone looking for a top-tier recovery experience.

I spent one night here after surgery and was extremely grateful for the care and empathy provided to me by Jose and Gracie. They took such great care of me and I felt very much at ease being there. If I would have known that the care was so excellent, I would have booked additional nights. They were prompt to address my needs and brought me my meds on a schedule to stay on top of my pain. They spent all the time that was needed to care for me, even with post anesthesia nausea, and I never felt rushed. They are both so empathetic and compassionate people and I will always recommend their services.

Jose and Gracie at Prive absolutely exceeded my expectations for post surgical care. I was referred by a friend of mine who stayed with them a year ago. It was truly the best decision I made, especially with 2 little ones at home. I booked 3 nights, and ended up staying 4 when my pain during day 2 was a lot worst than I had expected. I stayed in the Paris room, which had an en suite bathroom. It was beautiful, comfortable, so serene and quiet. Jose and Gracie provided care 24 hours a day, keeping me fed with nutritious and delicious food, refilling my water 500x (well, it felt that way), emptying my drains and keeping a log for my doctor, all of my medications and even vitamins brought from home were given to me exactly as instructed with either jello, apple sauce, or yogurt to coat my stomach beforehand. Jose drove me to my post op appointment and even made sure to take notes and give me reminders on what my doctor wanted me to do. I am so grateful to have been in their care, and take this pressure off of my husband. I was able to relax and recover away from my kids, which made all the difference. I believe they have absolutely set the standard in post surgical care and I will gladly be sharing their information with friends and family in the future. Thank you, Jose and Gracie, for being the sweetest, kindest, and best caretakers I could have asked for! P.S. Ask for their smoothies, they are SO GOOD!

I had to stay a night and Jose was amazing from the moment he picked me up from surgery to the moment he dropped me off. He is caring and compassionate and was able to calm me with all my concerns. I would definitely go back if I ever need aftercare again. I would highly recommend to anyone and my friends and family.Thank you Jose. 7 seas pirate :)

No one can make surgery recovery enjoyable like Jose and Gracie can!! Beautiful private suites, home made delicious food, calming words and compassion when you’re nervous about healing, and car rides to all appointments. No detail is missed! They spoil you from the time you are picked up! They provide the the ultimate experience in after care! Thank you so much Jose and Gracie!
