AirSculpt - Orange County

I had my AirSculpt procedure and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Roham is the best, he did an amazing job and I’m already very happy with my results! The whole team made it a great experience from start to finish. Rachael handled my consultation and was extremely informative and supportive. Moro, the practice manager, was very friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable. The office itself looks great with a welcoming front desk. The nurses Cathy and Judy were incredible they were so helpful with both my pre-op and post-op care, always making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and even though I still have a couple months to go before my final results, I’m already thrilled. Highly recommend this office!

I’ve never invested in myself this much before, and I’m so glad I did. I truly believe we are the most important project we’ll ever work on. My chin lift was a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Chung and the entire staff were wonderful, and the location is beautiful. Pro tip: don’t forget to get your parking validated. Cheers!

This was truly the best experience! From my consults through my procedure, the staff and Dr Mcnab made me feel so seen and comfortable! I was pretty nervous before the procedure, since I was getting my entire waist and back (360), but I worked myself up for nothing. I felt MINIMAL discomfort and was literally up walking around and making dinner that same night.. the next few days I had a little soreness but was able to go back to work comfortably after 2 days! The swelling does take awhile to go down but just follow the aftercare instructions and you will be fine. It was SO WORTH IT and I would do it all over again!!! Love my results!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chung. I had my surgery this Monday, and he made the entire experience feel calm and reassuring. He explained everything as he went, which helped ease my nerves tremendously. His professionalism and care truly stood out. I already love the experience and can’t wait to see my results. I highly recommend him! I also want to give a special thank you to Rachel at AirSculpt. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and made the entire process so much easier. From the start, she took her time with me and truly made me feel comfortable and cared for. She is absolutely amazing and a big part of why my experience was so wonderful.

It’s been almost a year since my AirSculpt and skin-tightening arm procedure, and unfortunately my arms look the same as they did before. The only noticeable changes have been scars and ongoing sensitivity in the treated areas. I’m very disappointed, especially considering how much money I spent on this procedure. There was no follow-up after my appointment, and when I tried to call to schedule one, no one returned my calls. I also feel that the photos on their website are misleading and appear heavily edited. Based on my experience, I would strongly reconsider this procedure and think carefully before spending your money. Response: I would like to clarify a few important points. After my follow-up appointment, I did call the nurse’s office and left a voicemail, but I did not receive a return call. I have also not seen any calls or text messages from your office following that appointment. I have never been a no-show for an appointment. If I am unable to attend, I always call to cancel or reschedule. This applies to all appointments I make, as I sincerely respect everyone’s time. It is simply not in my nature to miss an appointment without communication. I would appreciate not having my character discredited by what feels like an unfounded accusation. My review was written solely based on my personal experience. My intention is not to create conflict, but to honestly share what occurred from my perspective.
