Very poor service and inadequate staff training for some procedures. The staff is very unreliable and only has trainees. My husband had a blepharoplasty, and the medication service was terrible. They didn't have any available in the pharmacy for his pain. This is negligence for this type of surgery; they don't care about the patient afterward. You arrive for an appointment at the scheduled time, and then you wait two or three hours before being seen. They leave you waiting while they chat. What terrible service! Recommendation: Hire efficient staff who can solve problems.
