I’ve been a loyal Wholesome Health client for over five years and have always loved the staff and services. Unfortunately, I’ve recently had repeated issues with scheduling that have been frustrating and disappointing. I always book my next appointment before leaving, yet on more than one occasion I’ve later been told that my appointment time was actually 15 minutes earlier than what I was given. Today, I arrived at 1:11 for what I had confirmed and calendared as a 1:15 appointment, only to be told I was late. I was not only rescheduled, but also charged a late fee. Being rescheduled due to a scheduling discrepancy is frustrating enough, but being charged a late fee—especially as a long-term client and when the error appears to be on the scheduling side—felt unreasonable and unfair. This experience fell far short of the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from Wholesome Health. Very disappointing.
