I had an excellent experience with Ryan Black, PA,. He performed an extremely thorough exam and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. His bedside manner was outstanding — professional, kind, and reassuring — and his knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. I never felt rushed, and it was clear he genuinely cared about doing a great job. I was very impressed and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Sewell and his staff took the time to explain what was happening to my skin and gave me several treatment options. I have multiple conditions that don't normally present together. Finding the right balance of medications has been extremely difficult, with one med worsening one condition while helping another. Dr. Sewell is working with me to find the right balance to help me get better.

I had to have MOHS treatment recently. Dr. Sewell and his entire staff were awesome and took great care of me. They are a very caring and professional group and I'm so happy that I was lucky enough to have their help during my procedure. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me. I highly recommend them!

Mostly happy with my and my wife’s visits with Joe Anderson over the years and one cancer surgery with Dr Sewell. Recent diagnosis of melanoma; surgery appointment was cancelled with no follow up appointment made. Hoping to get surgery done before the cancer has time to deepen and spread! Surgery rescheduled and done! Surgery went well! Dr Sewell was very attentive and explained the process and answered all questions as things progressed. Nurse Marne was friendly and helped keep us informed and provided materials for daily bandage changes. All in all a very pleasant experience (if surgery can ever be considered pleasant!) And btw, the waiting room is most comfortable while waiting for the next stage!

I first attempted to address this matter privately and in good faith. I brought awareness to an unprofessional situation in which I witnessed receptionists mock a client. As a result of this experience, I cancelled my future appointment with the office manager, providing 7 weeks notice. Despite cancelling well in advance, I later received a no show bill for that appointment. This situation reflects concerning gaps in professionalism and internal processes. I hope this office takes steps to ensure situations like this do not happen again.
