I have had two different procedures - ear lobe rejuvenation & repiercing with Dr. Cassie Hartline, and an upper bleph with Dr. Vinaya Rednam. Both are skilled surgeons and have the warmest “bedside” manner, never rushing and always willing to listen and answer all questions. They make coming to see them fun! I appreciate both want you to look like your best self, never “done.” So happy with both results, and will definitely come back to both Dr. Hartline & Dr. Rednam! Best experience, even though it was the scariest experience! The procedure I had done was very invasive - reason I was scared, but Dr. Boutros stepped up to the plate and truly made me feel so confident him his God given skills. I don’t say it’s lightly, but he is amazing! One cannot be this excellent without a staff that reflects him - best staff I have ever experienced. Thorough and knowledgeable, kind, sympathetic, and caring all at the same time. I am now one week postop and all I can say is I know I was in the best hands possible. I love the outcome of my surgery, if it’s exactly what I had hoped for! Thank you to everyone from the office of Dr. Boutros!

I recently met with Dr. Boutros for a consultation, and I left the appointment feeling genuinely hopeful. From the moment he walked in, he was attentive, thoughtful, and very thorough in explaining everything. He took time to answer my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed. I had received several strong recommendations from friends before seeing him, and after my consult, I completely understand why. His knowledge, calm demeanor, and confidence in his approach gave me real peace of mind. I’m optimistic moving forward under his care and grateful to have him on my team.

First class, customer service all the way. Dr Boutros took his time explaining everything that he could do to improve my face and then answered all of my questions. We came up with a plan and a quote that I was comfortable with, and after thinking about it, I wanted to make some changes and we talked about it, and he was very accommodating. All of the staff are super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am five days post surgery today so I will not post any pictures yet, but I will come back later and do so. Everyone definitely made me feel comfortable and took really good care of me. I would definitely recommend Dr Boutros and his staff and I know I will be back again for different reasons at another time. Lots of very nice touches like an aftercare kit that is full of wonderful stuff and a delivery of flowers to my home to help. During recovery. Flowers always make things better.

I had an upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Fairchild and I truly cannot say enough great things about her and her entire team. From the very first consultation, Dr. Fairchild took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure all of my questions were answered. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. Her staff is just as amazing! professional, kind, and attentive every step of the way. The whole experience, from consultation to surgery day, was smooth and reassuring. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work.
