Taylor did my lips, and they look so natural and perfectly plump—my husband and friends can’t stop complimenting them. Crystal has been amazing in helping calm and minimize my melasma, and Tori has completely transformed my skin. Thanks to her SkinPen treatments and skincare guidance, my skin looks so fresh that I barely need makeup anymore! The entire team makes every visit such a joy. The front desk and back office are always bubbly and helpful, greeting me warmly, keeping me informed about special deals, and going the extra mile to prep me for surgery. Kathya at the front desk and Maria in surgery are incredible—they truly make the process seamless. I’m super excited for Dr. Downey to do my skin tightening and liposuction 360, especially after losing 25 lbs this year with Crystal’s guidance. Quality care, attention, and support were extremely important to me when choosing where to go, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Dr. Cara was very attentive to the results I wanted—she took her time during the consultation and delivered exceptional results. For reference, I had buccal fat removal and chin liposuction. After my procedure, I continued to see Crystal, who is so sweet! She genuinely cares about her patients and makes you feel like you’re her ONLY patient. She gives great advice while still respecting what you’re asking for. I would greatly recommend this place every time.

I love this place! Dr. Bullocks did my breast lift with implants and mini thigh lift and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is wonderful, friendly, welcoming and Dr. Bullocks is not only highly skilled, he has a great bedside manner as well! You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and their outcomes! 10/10 recommend! If you’re looking for a surgeon… this is your guy and your place!

After working hard for years to get to the weight I wanted, when I got there I realized I couldn’t get the body I wanted without help. I began researching surgeons and going for consults, but didn’t really click with any of the doctors I met until I found Dr. Downey. She listened to my concerns and addressed everything in a way that made sense. I left my consult feeling excited & relieved I had finally found my surgeon! I paid my deposit that afternoon, had my blood work the next day, pre-op 3 days later and was in surgery 2 weeks later. I had a Tummy Tuck and Brachioplasty. To say I am obsessed with my results would be an understatement! I knew Dr. Downey would do an amazing job, but I was honestly not prepared for the girl I see in the mirror now. I got rid of all my old clothes that hid the body I was so embarrassed by and bought an entire new wardrobe of items that show off all the hard work that went into it. With my surgery package, I also got some bonus items at Studio Essex. After losing weight, and well Mother Nature I figured a little facial touch up would be great to go the my new body. I went in and saw RN Taylor and she went over all the options for my concerns. I didn’t want to look “fake” and she totally understood and I had Dysport and some lip filler done that day. My results are incredible!l I’ve already made my 3 month followup to keep my results looking exactly as they do. While I kick myself for waiting so long to get my dream look, I am glad I did because I found my dream team with Dr. Downey & RN Taylor!

Crystal does an amazing job with my treatments. She is a master at what she does. I am always very pleased with the results and drive a long way to come to her! She is also so engaging and friendly and listens to me. The results are phenomenal!!
