I spent about 3½ months planning and preparing for my BBL and liposuction procedure, and now that I’m officially 3 days post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy that I did it! Like many people, I was nervous at first. Reading reviews and dealing with some of the scheduling and administrative processes made me a little anxious, but I want to be completely honest—those corporate scheduling teams are not a true representation of the amazing staff you’ll meet once you arrive at the Houston office. From the moment I met Ms. Vera and the rest of the team, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. Ms. Vera is absolutely my favorite! She made me feel like family from day one. The entire staff was personable, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt at ease. My surgeon, Dr. Nguyen, was incredible. He was educational, easy to talk to, and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I was awake, alert, and fully aware during my procedure, which allowed me to communicate my goals directly with him. He listened carefully and delivered exactly what I asked for. I also have to give a huge shoutout to my massage therapist, Lexi, and her mother, Ms. Debbie. They have been amazing throughout this process and have treated me like family. Their care, kindness, and support have made my recovery experience so much easier. As for my results, I am beyond impressed. By day three, my swelling has already gone down significantly, and I can already see the shape and results I asked for. The pain has been very manageable and much less than I expected. Every day I’m becoming more excited about the final outcome. What stood out most about this experience was how comfortable everyone made me feel. We laughed, joked, and had such positive energy throughout the entire process. I walked into surgery nervous and walked out feeling confident that I had made the right decision. If you’re considering liposuction or a BBL and are looking for a surgeon in Houston, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and the team at Goals Plastic Surgery. Don’t let the administrative side scare you away. Once you get to the office and meet the actual medical staff, you’ll understand why so many patients have such great experiences. After research and speaking to the nurse,surgeon and massage therapist;I knew my experience would be phenomenal! I can’t stress enough how from beginning to end of my experience all went well! Starting off with Nurse Vera(an angel)she calmed my nerves and made sure I was comfortable and prepared for surgery with my dr. Secondly,after she calmed me down,I met theeee Dr Nguyen and his humbling presence was the cherry on top of what Vera had already made me feel! I went in with realistic expectations and they both told me what to expect and we all were on the same page! I expected less and was blessed with way more than I could have imagined on just day 1 post op! Ladies and gents,Goals “Houston”location has superseded my my entire experience and I’d like to publicly express just that! Goal-HOUSTON….thank you very much! I just wanna give a shout out to the girls up at goals. Vera and Brittany were definitely a blessing before during and after surgery. I was especially appreciative of the quick response from nurse Vera when I got an infection sometime after surgery. She was more than helpful in a really crazy and difficult situation for me. So glad they took care of me. The postop massage went well with Brittney she was super educational and made sure I had a lot of my questions answered so thank you ladies…!

Goals plastic surgery was not only serving a great deal but I had scheduling my procedure. Back in December and the follow up was great. The office team was exceptional and honestly made it such a less nerve wrecking experience being my first surgery! Big shout out to Vera, Dr. Volski and DJ for making me feel comfortable, they all had positive energy and “great vibes” as they say, the procedure was light hearted and overall office staff get a 9.3/10 for me! I feel prepared going home and ready to see my results!!

I’m currently 9 days post-op with Goals Plastic Surgery at the Houston location with Dr. Shannon. Overall, my procedure went well, and my recovery has been smooth so far. Dr. Shannon was pleasant, and Vera was extremely kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. Recovery-wise, I had some pain and bruising the day after surgery, but after that I was able to move around, cook, and spend time with family without major issues. I’m still swollen and bruised, so I’m not ready to post photos yet, but I do plan to come back later with before-and-after pictures. The main issue I experienced was with scheduling and payment policies at the Houston location. Since there doesn’t appear to be a consistent full-time doctor there, being rescheduled 3 times created major inconveniences for me. Unfortunately, this caused me to lose money on hotels and transportation arrangements. While compensation was offered in the form of free massages during future visits to Houston, it did not fully make up for the expenses and inconvenience I experienced. I also found the payment process to be somewhat unconventional. Zelle and some other 3rd party company. I was a few hours late on a payment and was charged $500 late fee so the Valentine’s Day Special was not a special the $5000 I paid for Flexsculpt Full Front ended up being the price I could have paid for a tummy tuck. Despite the scheduling and payment frustrations, I’m satisfied with how my procedure went and how my recovery is progressing so far.
