Have to say, when I walked in this place, the staff was amazing. Made me feel welcome. Dr Lou was so informative. Told me what I needed to correct the issue that I had. He was very informative. Gave me the recommendations that I needed to make my informed decision to move forward with my procedure. I have booked with him, and so far my postop care has been amazing. My results are amazing, but it has been so much great experience the most popular plastic surgeon in Houston that is the reason why I chose him and is amazing. Highly recommend Dr Lou!

Dr Lou and his team are awesome! Literally from day one, my first appointment everyone was so sweet and friendly. Dr Lou’s bedside manners are wonderful! Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable or like I was an idiot. Unfortunately some doctors can be condescending when they speak to you but I never heard that tone in his voice. When I went in to see him I was interested in the emsculpt or sculptra for my butt, mainly because I have medical anxiety after a horrible experience I had elsewhere. But after speaking with Dr Lou and explaining what my goals were he talked me into a BBL+lipo on my thighs which actually worked out to be cheaper than the other two procedures I was considering. I told him I wasn’t after kardashian butt just rounder and perkier post major weight loss. He made me feel super comfortable and so I booked my surgery. I just had my surgery yesterday and even though I’m still swollen I can confidently say that I am satisfied with his work! He listened to what I wanted and I think he delivered. Even my recovery had been a piece of cake considering I’m 52. The only complaint I have is with the lymphatic drainage massages I’m doing elsewhere (he recommended) I know the importance of this step of the procedure and though it’s beyond painful I know it will greatly improve my final results since I’ve had these massages before from a previous surgery. Hands down u would absolutely recommend Dr Lou and his team to anyone!

I’ve dealt with Dr.Lou and his team since 2019 with my first surgery. Long story short, YES I HIGHLY recommend. Professional, thoughtful and patient. Through my own personal experiences with removing my hidradenitis, BBL, back lift, 360 tummy tuck and 360 lipo. This was done over a course of years before n my timing and choosing and of course with his personal opinion. Trust he’s told me no before . But with perfect reason. Through it all they have truly made me feel important and taken care of. Before and Afters

Update 09/23/2025*THEY HID MY INITIAL REVIEW SO THAT NO ONE CAN SEE THE REVIEW***‼️‼️Worst experience of my life! I can’t stop crying I’m so mad I let this place do surgery on me!!! I had a breast reduction surgery on September 30,2024. The process to have my surgery was very smooth and reassuring with the help of Dr. Lou’s former medical Assistant Katie. I had some issues a couple of weeks before my surgery due to insurance but I wasn’t made aware of anything until days before my surgery. I was upset that I had to pay 2,000 to Dr.Lou office, pay the hospital that my surgery was done at and I had to pay the Anesthesia company! All of this with insurance?? Nevertheless, I know how insurance companies sometimes give you a hassle and it’s a lot comes with like deductibles and copays and etc. Katie explained everything to me and broke it all down for me. Fast foward, I had my surgery on Monday September 30,2024 and everything went well and I was back home the same day. I had my first post op that Thursday October 3,2024. The first picture is a picture of my breast and the pictures are in order of how bad my breast got. The first picture, you can see my nipple fighting to stay together so as time went on my nipple completely came apart. I was told that a revision would be done to correct my breast and that I wouldn’t have to go through my insurance again. Now for my new post op of the year I was told I had to pay over $100 to walk in a room to let Dr. Lou look at my breast and tell me he’ll see me back in a couple of weeks. Not only that I wasn't told until I made it to my appointment from driving over a hour from Katy. Keep in my mind, I never had to pay a co payment for not one post op appointment…not ONE!! I’m just being told about a “90 day probation” period after surgery. The last picture I posted is the most recent picture of my breast so now I have to walk around with one of nipples looking deformed and not identical at all to my other breast all because they want to try to charge me all of sudden for a REVISION after being told I would not be charged for my correction revision! I really thought this would be a life changing experience but I look at my breast everyday and HATE I got this surgery !! Let me be the lesson. Smh! Another thing: I had to be off work longer due to the complications so I had to continuously send in proof and different information for my job and the disability company. Katie did everything in a timely manner with no problems. She would say she is going to get it done and it would be done that day if not the next. She was on top of business for sure . A couple of weeks after my surgery I called to speak with Katie and I was told she no longer worked there. From there , I couldn’t get anything done. The new girl Celeste came in and said it would take her 2 weeks to send my job an updated return to work notice due to my complications…2 freaking weeks!!! The office hasn’t been the same since Katie left. Every time I talk to these people now it’s something new they have came up with. Thanks for nothing!! I will never recommend!!!
