I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sweeney and his entire team. Choosing to have ptosis surgery was a big decision for me, and from the very beginning, Dr. Sweeney made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident in his care. His expertise, attention to detail, and calm, reassuring manner made the entire experience so much easier than I expected. A special thank you to Hailey, who assisted with my surgery. She was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. Her warmth and professionalism helped put me at ease, and I truly appreciated the care and attention she provided. The front desk staff also deserves recognition for being consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I also appreciated the convenient parking garage, which made getting to appointments simple and stress-free. Most importantly, I am so grateful for my results and the exceptional care I received. The procedure itself was painless and I am thrilled with my results. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an oculoplastics surgeon. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience!

Dr. Sweeney was the best. Excellent bedside manner. I was told exactly what would be done, how to prepare for the procedure and how to care for my eyes after the surgery. The staff was superb s well, easy to talk to and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Dr. Sweeney is a caring and highly skilled and experienced oculoplastic surgeon with a fine eye and a gentle touch. He not only takes the time to listen and thoughtfully answer questions, he will tell you what you might experience and what to do about it; proactively, he makes recommendations that will enhance the work you came for, for your consideration. As a “first-timer,” I found Dr. Sweeney to be very reassuring and trustworthy throughout the entire process. I love the results of my undereye bags removal. I still look like me but much refreshed. Dr. Sweeney is knowledgeable, competent, and nice. He is open to questions & kindly explains procedures and options. I am still awaiting the second half of a procedure to address the same eyelid. This reflects an insurance efficiency failing, not Dr. Sweeney’s ability. I trust that he will help me with my eyelid issue. His assistant is cheerful and puts me at ease while prepping for my procedure. The office reception staff is fine, but could be friendlier in person and on the phone. They don’t seem to want to provide any information or instructions beyond the bare minimum. Perhaps it’s a personality thing. At any rate, I don’t really feel welcomed to be a patient by them.
