My experience with Dr. Nip and his office was very professional, and I felt secure in his hands. He has a lot of experience and he is dedicated to his profession and his patients. He took a long time my first visit explaining the details of breast reconstruction. It was important that I have surgery fast and I am indebted to Dr Nip for his willingness to do his part so quickly. Catching breast cancer early is paramount in beating it before it spreads. He made it possible that reconstruction was done at the same time. I discovered that the staff at Queen’s Hospital think highly of Dr. Nip.

He saved my life. He is continuing to revise a tummy tuck that was performed by another surgeon and went terribly wrong here in Honolulu(to say the very least). The first photo is of the donor site taken from my left thigh and the second photo is my covered wounded belly connected to a wound vac. Thank you Dr. Nip for saving my life. *If you cannot find my two photos here then you can find them on Yelp for Dr. Nip’s reviews. Don’t expect a response from Dr.Nip to reviews. He is too busy helping patients and doesn’t have the time. If you wisely choose SUBSTANCE OVER PRESENTATION then Dr. Nip is the person to go to. Incidentally, he is not a cosmetic surgeon. He mostly performs revision and works with quadriplegics as well. He is a man with great ethics a a sense of duty.

Dr Vincent Nip, MD and his small office staff is efficient and caring. They work together with ease. I am so grateful for the excellent surgery and ongoing recovery. The population he works with are challenging. Dr Nip is thorough and caring. Aloha and Mahalo🙏

Dr. Reid Hoshide is known for pulling the drainage tubes too soon. He caused an infection in my neck that created my near death. Only through another doctors efforts, 2 surgery's, 40 some days of hospitalization, flesh eating damage causing my disfigurement, pain and more was I sent home. He was finally fired by Queens Hospital Honolulu. He has a history of damaging patients through infections and is known for pulling the drains too early. Everyone should BE AWARE as while fired by Queens, somehow he is still practicing medicines on Oahu.

His office helper Antoinette was very rude and unprofessional. She was eating while talking with me. She then preceded to tell me that I was too fat to have the surgery and started drilling me as to what I ate today. She made me feel like I do not matter and I’m a fat loser. I never got to meet Dr Nip and never want to. I hope he reads this because we all matter in this world as HUMAN BEINGS! You Antoinette should be ashamed of yourself for being in the medical field with no compassion. I highly as a healthcare professional myself for over 40 years from the outter island born and raised do not recommend this office to deal her and her bullying. Oh my just found out she is his wife!
