Outstanding experience considering it was, indeed, not anyone's idea of an ideal way to spend an afternoon (molar extraction). I highly recommend this practice. I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion and was able to easily reach an actual human to speak to when I had questions. The nurse was wonderful and out me at ease. The doctor (Dr. Balcerak) has a great bedside manner and is as gentle as one can be while yanking a tooth out of your mouth! He always warned me what to expect before he began and it was never painful or unpleasant. The office is clean and comfortable. Top ratings all around!

Dr Balcerak and his team are fantastic. He is a skilled surgeon, I was very apprehensive about identifying someone with the skill to do the work that I needed. Quite honestly it was the nurse who said these words that really eased my tension (prior to the doctor coming in): "I have worked with this doctor a long time - he cares and he is really good". Everyone was so on point and professional. Thank you to the team.

I had a surgical tooth extraction with a bone graft. Dr. Balcerak is an excellent surgeon. The procedure was painless with minimal postoperative discomfort. Swelling was also minimal. The staff was efficient and helpful. I highly recommend him for any oral surgery procedure. He has a practical and conservative approach. The office is equipped with state of the art equipment.

Staff was great. Dr. Collins did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done with my son's wisdom teeth and why all four needed to be removed.

I had a scheduled consultation for standard wisdom teeth removal, they took me back into the doctor's office right away and told me the doctor would be in shortly. There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived. It wasn't until about 45 minutes later when I asked to use the bathroom did anyone remember that I was there waiting to see the doctor. They all apologize profusely and said the doctor was pulled into surgery. It would have been better if they would have just admitted that they forgot that I was waiting. My consultation lasted all but 5 minutes. Completely unprofessional and it does not make me feel comfortable knowing that my care team can so easily forget about a patient. And I'm supposed to trust them under anesthesia? No thank you.
