I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Petruolo for 3 days. When I finally reached the scheduling person, I found out that in order to get an appointment with Dr. Petruolo, I have to PHYSICALLY bring them a CD with my mammograms, my pathology report and my biopsy samples. I have to DRIVE IT TO THEM IN PERSON and hand that plus my insurance card and ID to them IN ORDER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT that would take place 7-10 days later. Evidently it’s 1985 in Hackensack still. I made appointments in systems and had files sent digitally, but it seems the internet hasn’t reached Hackensack yet.

Yeah I'm never waiting 5 hours AGAIN just to hear 3 words out of a surgeons mouth especially being one of the first few patients here. Nurses and techs r great tho.
