Im here home resting after receiving an epidural injection early this morning. Let me start by saying that I was extremely terrified to the point that I was crying. Thankfully everyone from the front desk women to the anesthesia doctor, Doctor Nochimson and the nurses were extremely comforting. Jamie is the absolute best too! The anesthesia doctor (i wish i remember her name) is super nice and reassuring. She and Dr. N. are clearly very skilled and their bedside manner is top notch, they are what every doctor strive to be! Thank you to everyone here I truly appreciate all of you.

This Center portrays greed. Instead of scheduling an adequate amount of patients, which would ensure timely appointments and patient satisfaction, they over book there days and have patients waist an ample amount of unnecessary time. Their transportation staff is extremely unprofessional and drive carelessly. The nurses at the front desk are bombarded with so much in so little time that they have no choice but to be rood and offensive.(Patience is a river that eventually runs dry, for both patients and employees) as we are human and this is normal. Doctors and those who coordinate this facility should take into account that your patients (CUSTOMERS) time is the MOST important thing to them and should be to you all as well. As we are more than sure that your time is valuable to you all as well! Maybe this is a 1 time occurrence, but by the series of events that have transpired in the past 3 hours of waiting here, I highly doubt it.

They are very fast and very helpful. Attentive and friendly. Highly recommend. Edit: someone must’ve hacked my account to just leave a 5 star review for this location that I have never been too. Changing it to 1 star for that.

I would like to say my experience was amazing as far as the staff from the Hackensack Center in NJ Mrs. McCabe (admin) Wonderful person and extremely sensitive to the needs of the clients.. She went out of her way to insure the accomodations and needs of everyone was taken care of. Comfortability and appropriate services were rendered.. I would however, never recommend this to anyone simply because the Dr.Albis is the most disrespectful, disdainfully, condensending, obnoxiously, rude and arrogant individual, he has absolutely no mannerism when speaking with clients and everyone is making allowances for his nasty behavior.. Dr.Joe is a liar and deceitful he doesn't give the client conducive information pertinent to their care. Moreover after Dr. Joe has taken careful time to secure your business he then threatens " If You Do Not Attend All Sessions The Insurance Company Will Hold The Client Responsible For The Cost"... So unfortunately, we are now forced to continue with the ABUSE & BLATANT DISRESPECT of Dr. (Uncouth-No Tact) Albis & Dr.( Misinformation- Lying) Joe who are very aware that the clients can't afford to A: Have the insurance interrupted B: Cant afford to pay out of pocket for this service. I regret ever agreeing to do this and would dissuade anyone from speaking with these people they do not have your best interest at heart and they do not tell the truth please be very careful and if you hear the names Joe Detullio or Peter Albis run don't walk in the other direction...

Picked up by driver at 5am, arrived at 6:01am. Waited until 10:30am for a 10 minute procedure then over an hour for a ride back to Brooklyn. Had to endure 2 stops on opposite sideyof the Bronx in Friday traffic. Absolute nightmare- totally unorganized with a bunch of excuses & fake sorries. If you have a choice don’t go here- I will not be back. They suck
