Dr. Livingston was my surgeon for my reconstruction post single mastectomy. I cannot recommend him enough. His patience and kindness throughout the journey were truly appreciated, especially during such a vulnerable time for me. I am grateful for his combination of kindness and skill. He went above and beyond to ensure not only the best physical results but also emotional support during the whole process. I am deeply grateful for his work and would recommend him to anyone in need of reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Livingston is by far the kindest physician I have ever dealt with. On a followup appt for a broken hand, I asked if they could change my cast and splint as it was getting a little smelly and I had a formal dinner out of town that evening. Not only did he change it, but he carefully and thoroughly washed my hand for me himself! He redressed it and made it as presentable as possible. I have never felt more cared for in a doctors office. A saint among men.

Dr Livingston was amazing to my autistic son. He took great care of him. His staff is very professional and caring. On the other hand his receptionist was a real piece of work. She was very rude when we visited his office for a follow up appointment. She was snide and made my son feel very uncomfortable. We went for his second surgery and when I called for zolfran because the pain medicine was making his nauseous. She says make him eat the brat diet. If you know what autism is about YOU DONT MAKE SOMEONE WITH THIS DISABILTY EAT ANYTHING HE HAS NEVER EATEN IN HIS 24 YEARS OF LIFE. SHE VERY RUDE AND MAKES HIS OFFICE A VERY UNFRIENDLY PLACE. THEY SHOULD GET RID OF HER BECAUSE I DONT FEEL SHE IS REPRESENTING DR. Livingston's compassion and kindness.. she is like having a square peg in a round hole..she isnt a good fit!!!!

NOT ETHICAL with billing!! I saw Dr. Livingston for a explicitly stated cosmetic consultation. Before making the appointment, the receptionist informed me via phone that Dr. Livingston would see me and bill me for a cosmetic consultation only, and would not be able to bill insurance because it was an elective procedure. I agreed and made the appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist again confirmed that I understood this was a cosmetic consultation and I paid a cosmetic fee of $45 at that time. During my appointment, Dr. Livingston asked me if i would like him to TRY to submit an EOB for the procedure to see if insurance would cover it, or any part of it. He, nor anyone else, informed me that they would also be billing my insurance for the office visit. Now, I have been receiving bills from his office claiming that I owe them the remainder of what insurance did not cover for the "office visit" that they billed for- even though they explicitly informed me that this was a cosmetic consultation and I already paid that fee upfront. I called the office and spoke with the receptionist and she told me that the financial agreement I signed allowed them to bill my insurance I am liable to pay what they did not cover. I spoke with my insurance and they tried to dispute it with the office but they were told the same exact explanation. I am furious with the situation and feel this is not ethical how they double billed my insurance for procedures without my knowledge
