I had the privilege of undergoing breast reconstruction surgery in 2023 with Dr. Olivia Means, who was serving as a resident surgeon under the care of Dr. Timek from Advanced Plastic surgery at the time. I cannot speak highly enough of the skill, professionalism, and compassion shown by both Dr. Means and Dr. Timek throughout the entire process. Dr. Means approached every step of my care with precision and attentiveness. Even as a resident, her confidence and technical ability were clear, and she made me feel safe, informed, and supported. It was evident that she was not only committed to excellent outcomes, but also to truly listening and understanding her patients. Dr. Timek’s guidance and expertise, combined with Dr. Means’s surgical talent and warm bedside manner, made a potentially overwhelming experience feel empowering. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received—it was truly outstanding in every sense

Made me change my appointment 3 days prior to it, after being scheduled out a month. Do better

I had a hip replacement here 3/5/2025. Everything went great was doing fine. I had fallen several months later and didn't have any pain after. I started having pain in my hip which the pain kept getting worse and worse over a 3 week period. So I made an appointment here to have it checked out. In the initial interview with the nurse I was asked what level was my pain I told them 8. They did X-rays that day which showed nothing so the doctor had me go to get lab work done.I did immediately, it took 3 days of me calling the office to talk to a nurse was told the doctor is only in on Tuesdays and told me the labs showed nothing. Then sent me for a CT scan.That was Thursday I have heard nothing. And won't til Tuesday. Now I have been in excruciating pain now for 5 weeks and was never asked if I needed anything to help with the pain. I cry several times a day because I'm hurting so bad. I don't understand why they don't have more doctors at this location. I need answers and help
