I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hanna and his staff. The front desk folks are communicative and diligent, especially Rachel and Louis, who were both very helpful with insurance/payment questions, scheduling, and pre-operative instructions. Dr. Hanna gave me superb results on my surgery, and his assisting nurse practitioner, Vee, is phenomenally kinda, patient, responsive, and jovial. This isn't a review of the hospital staff, but I felt secure that if I needed help I could reach out to Vee or Dr. Hanna and they'd take care of me. I am two month post as of this writing, and incredibly happy with my healing and results. I maintain communication with Vee, and occasionally Dr. Hanna, and sincerely appreciate their help with my journey. 100% would recommend this clinic to my friends in the future, and have already done so. Dr. Hanna performed my life changing gender surgery on 4/23/26. From the first phone call I made to his office to schedule my consult, to my post op follow up, I have received nothing but compassionate service and could not possibly be happier with my results. His staff is top tier with communication and kindness. If you are considering gender surgery, please do your research and check out The Hanna Gender Center. The entire process was stress free and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Amazing experience for me! I had a breast augmentation with Dr Hanna on 10/2/25 and my surgery as well as my healing process went so so smooth! I love Dr. Hanna’s whole team here esp loui, he holds a special places in my heart! He was so kind and helpful to me during my booking process and everything in the beginning he truly deserves the world he’s such a sweet soul! I’m so forever grateful for Dr. Hanna and his team!!

The staff is very nice. Dr Hannah is really nice and comforting. My bad experience wasn’t caused by then but caused by me. I had to cancel once because I was in a car accident 3 days before the surgery which put me in the hospital for about 90 days while I healed. And I rescheduled about the year later and two days before my surgery the stress and anxiety caused my body to swell up where there would be no way in no possible world that I would been able to have the surgery which drove me to such depression and an incredible sense of disappointment and loss That I alienated myself because I just was so down on myself and that I let this clinic Down as well. And that’s been several months ago and I’m just still down and depressed because his surgery means everything to me. If I could give anybody Advice don’t do this on your own and they’re not gonna walk you through it with your hand so you need to. I recommend contacting them once a week and going over the plan and making sure you’re up-to-date on everything that they need because they’re gonna need certain things, uncertain dates and it’s very stressful especially whenever you’re you know working at 40 to 80 hours a week. But you’ll love, Dr Hannah He’s very reasonable very kind very understanding. I I gave a four star not a five just because I would like it if they had like some of the other places surgeons I talked to they have somebody that’s like a oh I don’t know the position title but they what they do is work with you very closely on helping you getting this done so really helps if you don’t have anybody you have this person at their clinic that will work with you along the way and I bet you that is incredibly helpful. They don’t have that here. At least they didn’t have that for me.
