I was very happy with the service and care that Brandi provided. She is patient and attentive and friendly. I had a wound from flesh eating bacteria in my leg. She researched it each week to provide the best care possible. She also knew when to refer me out for more extensive care. I can’t imagine what it’s like for people who deal with open skin wounds chronically and it can be a very long and traumatic experience. I’m thankful to her for her care and would certainly recommend her to anyone in need. Thank you Brandi

I was referred due to lymphoma in my legs. The staff are friendly and I'm seen on time, at my appointment time. My physical therapist does an amazing job. I always feel better after leaving.

Hubby was referred her for wound care for a few months following his stint in the hospital. We had such a great experience. Having wound dressing changes 2-3 times a week is painful and stressful. Yet Natalie was so gentle and she pays attention to her patients reactions and knows to be gentle. Farbia the PA was amazing. Always answered questions. Did a great job with the wound vac machine and dressing. Recommended the non stick foam. Caught an infection in time. Great team for sure!

I accidentally burned myself on my leg and went to West Coast Wound Center. This was my first time receiving wound treatment. Brandi was my specialist and she did an excellent job. I did not know the time and care it takes to really treat a wound and received great care from her. The staff was friendly as well.

My mother recently went in for an appointment. The receptionists there were rude and short with her. I would hope that there is some training provided to receptionists so that they are better equipped to treat patients with respect, especially Spanish-speaking patients that may require additional assistance. If I could rate this a zero star for the receptionists, I would. The actual service provider that met with my mother was incredibly helpful, polite, and respectful.
