Minarets Medical Group was great today. The dermatologist was very nice. She took care of my skin issues and even took time to talk to me about my old man hair. Staff was fast and I paid cash, very reasonable.

This place deserves nothing less than a 5 star!! I’ve been going here since I was 16 yrs of age. (Now almost 60.). If there is something on my skin I question, both Lea Press & Sherri Nash are the gals!! They take their time to evaluate my concerns & I know I’m in good hands!! Sherri Nash is awesome!! Professional, kind, & knowledgeable!! This is your one stop shop!! Thank you Sherri for your support & patients!!!

My experience with Dr. Limova is excellent. I've been a patient of hers for quite a few years now and I could not be happier. In fact, if and when she decides to retire I will be most unhappy. She and her staff are the absolute best there is.

I usually go see Sherri Nash and she’s wonderful as well as her MA, unfortunately the front desk is not . The front desk staff is so rude and appear to be unhappy. They don’t greet you , they don’t smile, this last time they were talking about how they couldn’t wait until it was time to clock out , mind you it was in the early am. Unprofessional conversations to have knowing that the patients can hear you in the lobby. Hate to leave these kind of reviews however this has happened more than once .

I had a great experience with Dr. Limova and her assistant, Pam. Both were excellent during my consultation and surgery. However, I waited nearly an hour in the lobby for my 11:00 a.m. appointment today before letting the front desk know I’d need to leave for work if not seen soon. The receptionist didn’t seem at all concerned. I understand there may not be much she can do but for someone in a customer facing role, I’d expect her to at least be friendly and attentive. I waited another ten minutes before letting her know I’d need to cancel and left. In short, I was very happy with the doctor but the office could benefit from improving wait times and front desk customer service.
