Eye Medical Center of Fresno

This was my first experience with this office and it was great. Dr. Gaede was very personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable. The staff was thorough and my wait was not long at all. I was very happy with my visit and would recommend them to anyone seeking eye care.

I am absolutely pleased with the eye care I have received from The California Eye Institute of Fresno. I have been a patient there for more than five years. Every doctor I have seen there has made me feel like I am receiving the best possible eye care. The physicians are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I have researched every doctor I have seen at the eye institute. Each has come highly recommended with notable experience. The staff assisting are very proficient as well. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest while helping me choose frames that looked good on me! Excellent customer service and care all around. Everyone on the staff was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Kinney and his MA were wonderful. They made me feel seen and heard.

Very nice place and people overall. However, they did not explain the timeline I would be waiting at arrival and then for my procedure. I had allotted approximately one and a half hours for my appointment only to find out that they told me it would be approximately 2 1/2 hours while I had other appointments. I ended up having to leave for my other appointment and was advised I had to reschedule a new appointment and start completely over again.
