After undergoing skin cancer removal, I was incredibly anxious about having another procedure—especially one as delicate as reconstructive surgery. But Dr. Gracia was truly exceptional. His skill and care exceeded my expectations, and to my surprise, I experienced no pain throughout the recovery. I was initially worried about how my nose would look afterward, but the healing process has gone beautifully. Thanks to Dr. Gracia’s remarkable work, I feel completely confident in my appearance again. I'm beyond grateful!

Dr. Gracia and his assistant “D” were very professional and accommodating. I received excellent care and follow up treatment during visits as well as coordinating my occupational therapy through Harris Hospital.

Dr. Gracias is a very gifted plastic surgeon. He was able to restore my nose after skin cancer was removed. He treated my challenging situation and gave me the best possible outcome. I am very appreciative and grateful for his care.

My hand injury was severe. He was able to repair it in one surgery when others thought it would take two. I have about 50% use of my hand now. Scaring is minimal considering my accident. With therapy I should be close to 100%. DR Gracia is direct and to the point. His receptionist is great. She has a caring attitude. She personally calls to remind me of appointments, no texts or robo calls!

Let me start with saying that Daniela, his assistant was sweet and helpful in the best way possible. She is the reason I am giving two stars instead of one. That said, if I had known what I know now I wouldn’t have seen Dr Gracia about getting a breast reduction. Let me give a timeline: my consultation was at the end of January with my insurance approval coming at the end of March. Now, I communicated with Daniela about wanting my surgery done between the end of April and early May before I got my approval. So once I got my approval I naturally assumed that I would get a surgery date not long after my approval. However, days and weeks went by without me hearing anything. Two weeks after my approval I had to call them and every phone call and email was met with excuses. Dr Gracia is on vacation-okay fair. Dr Gracia doesn’t have a date yet, Dr Gracia is on call at the hospital, etc. This went on for over a month and by the time we reached mid May I hadn’t heard anything. I understand that Dr Gracia is a very busy man and I respect that but it felt like they had forgotten about me. Getting a breast reduction was essential to me because I plan to move to Spain in the fall and I wanted to be all healed up before moving across the world. Not only that, my boss was urgently asking me when I would be gone so she can prepare for my absence but I couldn’t give her an answer and it was annoying me deeply. Finally we reached the end of May, two months after my approval and I finally hear back-Dr Gracia wants to see my again to discuss the surgery. I was so excited! Finally I’m getting close to a date right? Nope! About a week later I get news that they’re not longer in network with my insurance. Huh? BCBS told me they were still in network so they didn’t know what they were talking about. Regardless, I gave up. Dr Gracia also didn’t have the best bedside manners, he gave me the feeling that he had other things to do than to make me feel comfortable. Such as him abruptly leaving the room and not telling me the consult was over. So while this was disappointing and felt like a wild goose chase, I found another provider who made me feel a million times more comfortable and confident in his hands and I have a surgery date of July 23rd. This isn’t to bash Dr Gracia, at the end of the day I have no idea what was happening behind the scenes but I would be lying if I said I would recommend him to anyone who wants a breast reduction. This review is my honest opinion and annoyance over the lack of communication and months of uncertainty. I wish him and his crew the best
