Mari is amazing!!! I have been seeing her for Botox for a couple years and she is always professional, friendly, and makes you feel safe and comfortable with injectables. Carolyn is the first injector I’ve been to but she was amazing! I had so many questions and she never rushed me and gave her completely honest opinion in every answer. She is so knowledgeable! I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Kalos, especially with Carolyn Quillin. After moving to Fort Worth from the Highland Park area of Dallas, I was searching for a med spa I could trust long-term that met my (admittedly high) standards. I started out going to ZO Skin Centre, founded by Dr. Zein Obagi—so I knew it might be hard to find the right fit. (I’m not fancy, just very picky!) From the moment you walk into Kalos, you feel completely at ease thanks to the amazing front desk team. After learning about my goals, Maddie paired me with Carolyn Quillin, PA-C, and I truly couldn’t be happier. Carolyn knows her craft inside and out. She’s incredibly kind, genuinely caring, and takes the time to really listen - especially when I’m not sure exactly what I want, we always figure it out together. Her knowledge and professionalism are unmatched. She explains everything clearly, never rushes the process (which is huge for me), and always makes sure you feel comfortable and confident in your decisions. The results are consistently natural and exactly what I’m looking for - at the right pace. Beyond her skill, Carolyn is someone I deeply trust and now consider a friend :). I had such a wonderful experience at this medical spa and highly recommend them! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They made me feel comfortable right away. I had a CO₂ laser treatment done with Tiffany, and she was absolutely amazing. She spent over an hour during my consultation making sure I fully understood the procedure, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed. Once I decided to move forward, she personally reached out to guide me step-by-step on how to prepare, which I really appreciated. On the day of the procedure, she took the time to go over everything again so I felt completely confident and at ease. I also had someone with me at both appointments, and Tiffany made a point to include them—making sure they were informed and comfortable too, which meant a lot. The entire experience was professional, thoughtful, and truly top-notch. I’m so glad I chose them and would absolutely trust them again!
