Everything about the process, from consultation through recovery, has gone smoothly, and I am very happy with my results and the overall experience. And…. The results are amazing! I recently had surgery given by Dr. Rihani for lifting my eye and eyebrows’ corners, making a little correction on my upper eyelid crease that was not successfully done by another plastic surgeon three years ago, and minimizing eye bags. I am satisfied with Dr. Rihani performance, who brought my youth Asian look very closely back. Dr Rihani has a very soft-spoken voice that demonstrates his professional confidence to reassure the patients who are at the right place to have a make-over done. In my initial consultation visits, Dr Rihani did not jump into his decision by simply hearing what I wanted to do; instead, he sent his nurse practitioner to thoroughly examine my skin and discuss if I could be satisfied with using facial products or Botox injections. After hearing that I was very determined to get surgery done, then Dr. Rihani stepped in. I really appreciate how Dr Rihani and his team approach a new patient to let her/him know that surgery is always the last option. The office had a welcoming atmosphere, and all staff at the front desk or examining rooms were very professional with concern and beautiful smiles to let patients know they are there to assist and care the way patients like and trust, which made my every visit pleasant to talk about families with laughter. In addition, they are very fast responding to patient’s email for concern and questions. On the surgery day, the team made sure I was comfortable, not nervous at all and I was well-informed about what to expect. Dr. Rihani personally checked on me before and after the surgery. Even after I went home, he called to check if I was alright. Of course, then there was post-operative care for office staff to take off stitches, and Dr Rihani checked to ensure everything was healing properly. After over 2 months, there is a little scar layer that has not been healed well at my eyelid crease. And Dr. Rihani would give it more time to heal for a few months and promise me that he would make a correction if needed. Overall, I am satisfied with this experience; now I look much younger but without having a surprisingly noticeable look to get my co-workers and relatives attention, which I think is the best outcome. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Rihani to my friends, relatives and/or others who are considering having cosmetic surgery. His expertise and care made a significant difference in my experience. I already requested to return after 5 or 6 years when I decide to have my neck or lower face lifting procedure. Viva
