Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ben was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions and was honest about what I needed AND what I didn’t need. I came in needing to have my lips dissolved due to filler migration over the years, and I’m so glad I trusted the process. Every step was handled with care, and the results are beyond anything I could have hoped for. He truly gave me my “dream lips” & I couldn’t be happier. I also ended up getting chin filler to balance my profile and it looks so natural. The entire team was amazing. All of the assistants were attentive and welcoming and Pedro in particular, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the experience. I trusted the process and im so glad I did. Dr. Ben was amazing. This was my third time getting Botox and the first time I’ve truly been happy with the results. He really listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I wanted — a natural, balanced look without the heaviness or imbalances I experienced with previous injectors. He took the time to assess my facial movement and customized everything to my anatomy instead of doing a one-size-fits-all treatment. The results already look smoother, more natural, and much more balanced. Very happy overall and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The reception was incredible, and the entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. I came in to treat my puffy under eyes and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience and initial results. You can already notice an improvement right after the Agnes treatment, which is amazing. Highly recommend Dr. Ben, he made me feel comfortable and in great hands the whole time!
