My experience started in November 2024. I was referred by a very close friend who had surgery by Dr. Stokes in the past. From our consultation through the ENTIRE process, she has demonstrated integrity, patience, kindness, and professionalism. Gifted “hands”! She and her staff work very closely and everyone is on the same page. I haven’t had many surgeries but this is rated a 10/10. My recovery process has been an exciting journey of grace and re-established my love for myself again. I was so conflicted about aging with weight loss and loose skin and this process “snatched me back” to the point I am loving ME!! Recently I was bitten by a dog on my face. One close to my eye the other between my nostrils. As I was frantically trying to find appointment and a top plastics surgeon 2 days before New Years. I contacted Dr. Stokes office. Tracy her office manger was great. Sympathetic to my urgency she took my information as she would check with the Dr. to make time for me in her busy schedule. She returned the call within 10 minutes to notify me to come down to the office. When I arrived to the office Tracy was polite and professional. Carla, Dr. Stokes assistant escorted me to one of the rooms and began her pre-op duties. She was beyond nice making me feel comfortable with her ability to explain relative information and general conversation to reassure me especially my first timer. As Dr. Stokes came into the room she recognized my anxiousness of being in this first time situation. Her ability to talk to me about the procedure every step of the way combined with her true compassion and professional humor.made me feel at rest was phenomenal. Her surgeons touch was excellent and her work was fantastic. Tracy followed up the next morning on behalf of the Doctor to check in on me. Dr Stokes and her team gets my best Doctor experience vote.
