Sono Bello Ft. Lauderdale

The whole staff at Sono Bello make you comfortable and at ease with the procedure and steps towards looking your best. They act professionally and with kindness to hear your concerns and answer every question you have. Shushmita and Lauren at front desk are great, they really do their job well. I’m very happy so far in my interactions with Sono Bello.

The team at Sono Bello in Fort Lauderdale is great! As a nurse, I am impressed with every person I have interacted with. My surgery was yesterday and while I can’t speak to my full results yet, Dr. Schaal is absolutely awesome. He’s got a great bedside manner, is an excellent clinician, and genuinely cares for his patient. He made me feel safe and completely confident in every decision he made. He called to check on me this morning after a very long day in surgery yesterday. I highly recommend Dr. Schaal.

From beginning to end my experience specifically with the Fort Lauderdale location was spectacular. A special thank you to Rachel who took the time to actually LISTEN to my story of why and what I wanted to achieve; Samantha, who always had me in mind (and actually reached out to me) to help in every way she could.. Front desk ladies - the face of the establishment, so sincerely pleasant not only to me, but as I observed, to anyone who comes through the door. Sandy, Daniel and the surgical tech (Elizabeth?) and of course Dr. Carau just a lovely crew… because of them.. I am certain that whoever else I did not meet who works there is just as awesome.. From the moment I walked into Sono Bello, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The entire staff was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease every step of the way. They took the time to answer all my questions and truly cared about my experience. Throughout my treatment, I felt supported and well taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Sono Bello to anyone considering treatment!

From the moment I walked in the door with a smile from the receptionist at the front desk I knew I was in good hands. My medical coordinator Samantha was amazing. Everything was explained very clearly. There was concise information, detailed explanations, and a complete action plan was put into effect at that visit. With complete reassurance that I would be taken very good care of, I walked out the door, smiling. I was giving details information prior to my surgery through email contacts. I was also very pleased at my pre-op appointment when I met my doctor and my nursing staff that would be helping me I again walked out with a smile in my face, knowing everything would be amazing the day of surgery I arrived. Everybody was kind and thoughtful, and realized that I was nervous, So they were full of reassurance and let me know if I had any questions. If there was anything I needed just to say the word and they would take care of me. The doctor came in. We began the procedure. I was awake but sleeping if that makes sense. The entire procedure was approximately 3 1/2 hours. I was given no general anesthesia which made my recovery time amazing. I had the most successful surgery I’ve ever heard of in my entire life. I am one week out from my surgery. I am walking around. I am driving. I am doing household chores. I’m still taking it slow following doctors directions in orders with massages and exercise and correct diet along with medication but to tell you, I have never had a better experience in my life isn’t understatement. Sonobello is an A1 company and my doctor is the most talented surgeon I’ve ever met in my life my nursing staff, aces and angels. I guess that’s a pretty long review, but I’ve never been happier.
