His lengthy explanation was comprehensive and his confidence and experience was reassuring. In addition to his clinical expertise, his friendly warm manner was comforting during a very scary time. His attention to detail added important aspects to the medical and surgical team during the hospital postoperative period. His office staff were exceptional with scheduling and facilitating communication between visits and their kindness enhanced the overall experience.
