Update: Dr Sloan left the practice to begin a professorship in Wisconsin. However, the Elmhurst Pain Management clinic is still a wonderful place for chronic pain sufferers. They offer the kindest, most understanding doctors anywhere and I willingly travel all the way from Hoffman Estates just to continue with them. You couldn't do better than them.
Best at pain management ever. No one is better at giving nerve blocks, particularly of the brachial plexus. Equally as important, nicest guy you could ever get a painful shot from, ever!

Dr. Eric Sloan is the best Dr that I have ever had! I never met a Dr who is more compassionate and sincere and who has manners. I never felt Dr. Sloan speaking down to me. He was very thorough in his examination. Dr. Sloan will greatly be missed. I'm so sorry to see him leave the Pain Management.
