This doctor AND her team are absolutely amazing. She calmed my nerves and actually cares about breast cancer prevention. She took time to talk with me and was so knowledgeable. Meanwhile, her team helped watch my 10 month old so we can talk without distraction. They were so great with her and truly such an amazing group of women.

Dr Baer is exceptional! She has a true passion for delivering stellar care. I have had complex cancer surgeries with her. She delivers fabulous results. One in a million! Great listener and communicator.

Wish I could give more Stars. Absolutely the BEST Surgeon! She is dedicated to her Career and Patients. I have never met a Doctor this Amazing. Her Nurse and Staff are just as Amazing! Kim, her Nurse is by far the most Sincere, Caring Nurse in her field. The Office Personnel (Lucy, Kelly) are so sweet and Friendly(which is hard to find in a Doctor's Office these Days). If you need a Surgeon, look no further, Dr. Baer is the one!

OMG! I haven’t experienced such great Doctor, nurses and staff like I did at Dr. Baer’s office, in years!! I went Wed evening for an emergency appt and Dr. Baer and Kim were amazing!! I was terrified and they were compassionate, caring, down to earth and just made my awful reason for being there, a little easier. I had another follow up today and met the wonderful Nurse Judy and she was no different!! So kind, caring and compassionate. I am just in awe of everyone in that office that I’ve met. I couldn’t recommend a place more! This is how it should be, but sadly my “typical” healthcare offices that I visit are not like that. What a difference. Thanks again to Dr. Baer, Kim, Judy and the rest of the group! You are all fantastic people and I am grateful for you!! Take care!! (See ya Monday) 💜💚

If I could give 0 I would . Doctor bear not only screwed up a basic surgery of a hernia repair from giving birth but it caused life long effects. Months after surgery my whole abdominal muscle wall broke (breast to pelvic) due to the pig skin mesh she choose, when confronted she said you will never have kids again walked out of the room and never spoke to me again. She took away my ability to birth!! I had to go thru intense surgery to fix what should have never happened. Many surgeons agreed she should have never choose that type of mesh for me and it was very much malpractice. She also has a great habit of keeping patients under anesthesia for long periods of time while she shows up late for every surgery. The way her and her staff treated me when I was at a gigantic risk or bowel obstruction due to her incompetence is wild.
