Had my lower two wisdom teeth removed 4 days ago. I was super super nervous to be put asleep for the first time but the staff were very calming, confident, and assuring. Now looking back wishing I wasn’t so nervous. Dr is very nice and so was my nurse! I was supposed to have a difficult case with my nerve but no problems, no bruising just swelling, starting to eat actual food day 4! Office is spacious, clean, well-kept, and an overall good environment!!!

My son had two supernumerary teeth removed this week and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire process! Quick but thorough initial exam; I appreciated Dr. Waite answering all our questions, even directly answering my 7 year old on his (and informing him that kids get ice cream to take home after their surgery - it set him up to WANT to come back!) The staff were all super helpful and informative beforehand - willing to talk on the phone to explain some additional details of the procedure that a kid would be afraid to hear. Day of surgery was smooth as a nervous mom could ask for. Special thanks to Kim, the woman who prepped my son for the surgery and made him feel comfortable and safe. My son said Dr. Waite was "serious but very nice. And he needs to be serious, because surgery IS serious and he needs to focus!" Seven year olds get it. My kid has not been in any pain since the surgery 3 days ago, which seems amazing! He's happily been eating his ice cream reward, enjoying the surgery bonus the Tooth Fairy brought for his "bonus teeth," and said the surgery wasn't scary at all. Literally best case scenario. Thanks for taking such great care of my son!

I had recently gotten all 4 my wisdom teeth removed. The procedure went very well, I did not experience bruising, only a small bit of swelling a day after the procedure which is 100% expected. I have very pale skin and bruise easy, so I pleasantly surprised to experience no bruising at all. Since the procedure, I have had a few questions here and there as far as maintaining a good healing process, and they make it very easy and instant to contact them. Even when it is after business hours and the office is closed. Very satisfied with how everything has been handled.

Surgeon did a very good job. If you are looking for someone with bedside manner or willing to answer any questions, this is not this doctor, but as a surgeon I would recommend. I would caution on the costs. This was my first experience ever where the amount paid upfront from an estimate was not nearly enough to cover the actual amount to settle the account. This has never happened to me before. Had the information been more accurate before surgery, we most likely would have waited since this was not an emergency situation. Staff is friendly, but from a business standpoint, that is what has earned my rating.

If you want a Dr. that walks you through a procedure, answers questions at your follow up appointment, or even talks to you in general, this is not the place. They bungled my appointment for wisdom teeth removal, my follow up appointment question was answered with “that doesn’t happen, and I only saw the Dr. when I was drugged for the procedure. Also, it’s creepy that there is one guy Dr. and all the rest of the staff are women. Those women were lovely and that’s why they get my 2 stars.
