I had a very positive experience with this urology office. Andrea was especially wonderful—she was attentive, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. It’s not always easy to feel comfortable in a medical setting, but she really went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything and felt supported. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. From the front desk to the clinical team, everyone was welcoming, professional, and efficient. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and work hard to create a positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable care.

Dr. Keuer did his examination. Explained reasoning why they changed to using just the PSA test as an indicator and stopped doing the digital exam. He answered all my questions clearly, made sure I understood the answers and scheduled another appointment

Okay, going to the urologist is right up there with going to the dentist…right? But here, my experiences with staff and Samantha, have been super. Really. I’m met with smiles and conversation. Yeah, and then the “talk” and/or “exam,” but then more easy conversation. Yes, I I’d recommend them without reservation. They’re great.

I left my appointment with no education of what to expect from my kidney stone. No education or offer to understand why I'm getting them and no dietary information. I was told "There is nothing I can do for you". I'm at a loss at how this is what "care" has become. I wasn't asking for much, just trying to learn how to get through it and how to prevent future stones. I would not recommend Sarah David. Waste of time and $.
