I absolutely love Southwest Plastic Surgery & Med Spa. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and courteous every time I visit. My tech, Jani, is incredibly professional and always goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations with every service I receive. Her attention to detail and level of care truly stand out. I would highly recommend Southwest Plastic Surgery & Med Spa for any skincare or aesthetic needs. I previously traveled to Phoenix thinking I would get better results there, but I ultimately had to have my treatment redone here — and my experience at Southwest Plastic Surgery was exponentially better in every way. My first time experiencing anything of this nature so to say the least I was nervous and a little bit scared. From the moment I arrived the receptionist was kind and check me in and when she checked me out she was so caring and human. Miss Vanessa is a professional that you can tell has experience. I informed her of the areas that were concerning me and she was able to create a plan to address the underlining cause even though I also asked about a more aggressive approaches she advised on a personally tailored plan that would fit me. I did go ahead and perform one of the treatments she advised. She walked me through advised me and I was very impressed by her the nurse and everyone there. I'll be back in 2 weeks for recheck and will continue my treatment plan. Overall thank you for making me feel comfortable on my first experience
