This place was amazing. I give a lot of thanks to all the stuff. Everyone was attentive, and compassionate. I especially want to give a big shot out to Mrs. Ronnie. Mrs. Ronnie. Thank you so much. You are a true definition of amazing health care. Thank you for worrying about my child as if she was yours. God bless you 🙏 and all your staff!

I had an excellent experience at this surgical center. My surgery started right on time and the whole process ran very smoothly. The front desk staff, nurses and doctors were all very friendly, helpful, and supportive. My recovery nurse Paula was an absolute angel! The facility was clean and I felt safe and comfortable there.

Paula is hands down an angel, she has been there with me through both my surgeries now. I was a little nervous today but when i saw her walk into the room i was so excited and calmed me down a bit because i knew id be in the best care after surgery. The actual surgical nurses in there with me are great and caring too i just dont remember their names…. Sorry ladies…. But the center itself is nice too so between that n the staff its all been a great smooth experience. I cant thank all of them enough for what they do, superwomen.

Was not caring for patients need. I asked for assistance of a wheelchair for patient. Cause it’s difficult for them to get around they did not provide me one. They said only after surgery. So she struggled getting to the office. Not coming here again.

Took my mom this morning for a surgery she was suppose to have for cataracts on her right eye (since she can hardly see out of it). The girl checking her in was wanting to collect a little over $2000 before the surgery, which she was not advised of before today (the morning of the surgery). The girl checking her in had another lady come out who said they absolutely needed to collect that money up front. My mom explained her financial situation to this lady and we asked if we could get billed, the lady said no cause she was called two days prior to the surgery and that if patients don’t answer they are left a voicemail. My mom was called yesterday (one day in advance not two) when she answered no one was on the other line and no voicemail was left. The fact the lady was not willing to go talk to anyone else to see if they were willing to work payment plans with my mom (a patient who can hardly see and willing to do payment plans) is not ok.
