Nurse Eddie was wonderful!!! He went above & beyond to care for my mother! I appreciate the care my mom received here. I would recommend Dr. Velimirovic to anyone who needs surgery. He's an excellent surgeon!

Premier Staff is EXCEPTIONAL BY FAR!... They have always attended to me , before, during and after surgery in the utmost Professional and Amiable manner possible and for that I am truly grateful. In fact, I won't go anywhere else. (Sorry Premier...You're stuck with me and my singing!👍😉🤭.) God bless you Premier "Angels"! The staff is really nice, down to earth and attentive. The parts that stood out to me were: My veins were a little hard to find the morning of my Achilles tendon repair surgery. So the nurse who I assumed may not have dealt with this type issue to frequently ask for some assistance from one of her co-workers. So l, first of all the fact that she asked for assistance speaks volumes, instead of her just poking me just to get the job done. Also, along with that my nurse asked me where I rather have my I.V. placed, in which is a big deal because if anyone has had an I.V. in the bend of the elbow for an extended period of time. You know it because sore because you can’t move it, so the stiffness because to set in and become uncomfortable in which will start to hurt. So it may be standard procedure for them not to do the joint I.V. placement unless absolutely necessary. Lastly, what may seem small to most, but to me it’s says a lot about the staff members and even the work environment. My nurses pen had dropped in which I was unaware I didn’t hear it because it has the anti-theft flower on it 🤣. My nurse had stepped away so another staff member was just walking by and she saw the pin on the floor probably because of the anti-theft flower. She walked over and picked it up and placed it back on the table. My nurse was none the wiser that it had fell. So he co-worker did the right thing when no one was around and not looking for any sort of approval or Thank you. In todays society we all have seen a time or two staff/office employees not do things to better the business environment especially those that deal with customers/patients all day. If it’s outside of what their job scope it’s not going to happen even if it helps out the customer, the patient or helps the business run smoothly even if they were asked to do it 🤯. Great Job, Premier Surgery Center. I don’t want to come back for surgery, but if I did this is were I want to go!!

Horrible care towards my family member, makes me angry how little they care about people. I would not recommend.
