My experience at Epiphany Dermatology definitely surpassed what I could ever imagine. From start to finish the customer service was ABOVE and BEYOND. The receptionist were friendly and had an easy log in process. Dr. Guevara was AMAZING! he answered all my questions, and did my procedure shortly after. After years of searching I finally found a place I will be coming back to. His friendly assistant Gabriel was so helpful as well. Thank you!

I first saw Dr. Adrian Guevara around 2010 for Accutane. I’d rotate between Cynthia Campos and him and they were both always amazing and knowledgeable. I had a successful treatment and loved my results. Fast forward 16 years to now entering the aging process I was happy to get to check in with Cynthia and Dr. Guevara again. I’ve had several appointments with Dr. G over the year and I’ve been so happy with my experience. -The appointment process is convenient and straightforward. -Front desk and assistants have always been friendly and helpful -Insurance has been handled without issues Dr. Guevara has a ton of experience and has successfully helped me with cherry angioma removals, removing a large pore that looked like a little hole on my face, minimizing the look of a 20 year old scar on my nose. Always a great experience! I highly recommend Dr. Guevara and NP Cynthia Campos.

Such great and helpful staff at the Mesa Hills Clinic. Staff made my experience feel so welcoming as today was my first time going into this clinic and having the time of procedure I had. From the front desk to the staff in the back. PA Stephanie is so genuine and such a sweetheart including her medical assistant. Definitely made my visit feel so smooth. Such a great experience!

On Friday January 23, 2026, I scheduled and paid the initial amount of $100 for an appointment for the Hydro facial and derma plane offer for the month of January. The appointment date and time was for January 29, 2026 at 11:30 am. As scheduled, I arrived that date to Epiphany and signed in at 11:18 am. About 15 minutes past the time of my appointment (11:45). A lady employee came to me and said they were running late. I asked her how long the wait would be and how long the treatments would take. She said 20 minutes late and procedure was about 30 to 40 minutes. She offered me a 20% discount. I reluctantly accepted the offer because I didn't want to wait that long, but I wanted to receive the treatments, and was planning to do some Botox and laser treatments in the near future. I patiently waited for more than an hour (12:37). Two receptionists asked me if I was helped. My answer was no. One of them returned from lunch and was surprised I was still there. She told me when she left to lunch, she was told I was going in soon. By now, my patience was running thin so I asked the receptionist what was going on and what the new term because I had waited for an hour and 20 minutes now. She offered me a another 10% (30% in total), but couldn't tell me how soon they would see me. I asked her what was the reason for the "super" delay and her answer was that something happened to the machines. I was so frustrated and asked her why they didn't let me know sooner, let me know they probably wouldn't see me that day, and I would have rescheduled the procedures for another day instead of wasting my afternoon waiting in vain. I asked to talk to a manager and was told by the receptionist none was available. I was so livid I canceled my next appointment. After asking for my $100 refund I paid on January the 23rd, I left Epiphany Dermatology around 1:06 pm, more than hour and half later, feeling frustrated, infuriated, disappointed, helpless, disrespected, but mostly, I felt my business didn't mean anything to Epiphany and wasn't appreciated at all. I'm seriously thinking of never returning there again as well as some of my family members and friends. They should know about the way I was treated there.
