The front desk was very welcoming, and all the nurses pre-op and post-po were very helpful and courteous during my son's tonsillectomy. They made sure I knew everything that was going on and made my son feel very comfortable. Even the anesthesiologist provided me with answers to all my questions in a very comforting way. Definitely recommend this place.

The staff there have made both my kids feel less nervous. Everyone is very good at explaining everything and very caring from beginning to end. Very good place for surgery!

Waited 4 hours and no one came in to tell us they were running late. I finally went to look for someone. My husband was never given a call button. Surgery started 5 hours later. My husband was in pain as it had been 18 hrs since he took any meds. MD was great. Front desk was professional. The nursing staff was terrible. The staff left before my husband was even wheeled into surgery.

The beginning of the surgery was great the help was amazing, at the end I felt rushed right when I woke up from the anesthesia, still extremely drugged the nurse wanted me out and told my husband to help me change so I can leave! I couldn’t even function even sit down straight because I felt extremely drugged. I didn’t even get any recovery time there. Horrible experience at the end would not recommend!

My daughter’s tonsillectomy was handled professionally by the medical staff, but the hospital’s policy allowing only one parent to be present was extremely disappointing. Surgery is a stressful and emotional experience for a child, and both parents should be allowed to provide support whenever possible. Being forced to choose which parent could stay with our daughter added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. Families deserve compassion and understanding during these moments. This policy made our experience far less positive than it should have been.
