Dr. Terkonda is THE BEST! I cannot say enough positive things about him or his staff. I originally had non-cosmetic septo/rhinoplasty in 1999, and by 2020 I knew some “changes” had occurred. I consulted a couple of surgeons but wasn’t impressed and decided to live with it. Fast forward to 2024: an accidental head butt broke my nose. I tried to push through, as anyone who’s had nose work done knows that the more procedures you have, the more unpredictable the outcomes can be. I completely lucked out when a referral from another ENT sent me to Dr. Terkonda. His confidence won me over immediately, and his thoroughness and attention to detail sealed the deal. At first, I wasn’t 100% sure I wanted another surgery, so we agreed to reassess in six months. I only made it two months before calling his office and saying, “Let’s do this.” Within a couple of weeks, prior authorization was obtained, the surgery and follow-ups were scheduled, and financial expectations were clearly explained upfront, everything handled smoothly and professionally. Dr. Terkonda was also very honest about the recovery process and possible complications. My surgery required grafts from my ear to reinforce nasal structure (TIP: ear healing hurts a lot—but it was actually a good distraction from my nose!). Now, at four months post-op, I couldn’t be happier. I can breathe clearly, wear glasses without discomfort, sinus pressure is gone, and even my chronic post-nasal cough has improved. If you’re considering any kind of nose surgery, do yourself a favor: call Dr. Raj Terkonda. You’ll be in the best hands!

Dr. Terkonda changed my life. I know you’re scanning reviews the same way I did, so you need to know it’s possible. I had two broken noses and two nasal surgeries before this. I’d basically given up on ever breathing well again and thought there was nothing Western medicine could do for me. When I met Dr. Terkonda, he told me he was confident he could change my ability to breathe. The second he said that, I didn’t believe him. But he was patient. We did MRIs, allergy tests, sleep studies—every angle. Every visit, he’d touch my nose and size it up like it was the first time he’d seen it. He’s thorough. After exhausting every option, we scheduled nasal surgery. I got cold feet, and he actually recommended I get second opinions from competing doctors. I did, but I came back to him because he noticed things the other doctors didn’t. I signed a waiver for the surgery, including permission to take rib cartilage if needed to rebuild my nose. It was supposed to be a 3-hour, 6-procedure surgery. On the day of, Dr. Terkonda saw there was just barely enough cartilage in my nose to rebuild it without taking from my ribs. Instead of doing the quicker option, he stretched it into a 5½-hour surgery to save me from extra damage. He went above and beyond—not just because he cares, but because he’s unusually skilled. He’s triple board certified (facial plastic surgery, head & neck, and sleep medicine), and it shows. If you’ve read this far: yes, there’s a happy ending. I can breathe like I never have in my life. If you have breathing issues, don’t hesitate.

I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had with Dr. Terkonda. From the moment I walked into his practice, he made me feel completely at ease, taking away any anxiety I had about my surgery. Dr. Terkonda is not only highly skilled but also exceptionally personable, and his attention to patient care is unmatched. I felt like I was in state-of-the-art facilities, but what truly blew me away was the level of personalized attention and genuine care he provided. I came in with concerns about my breathing, and Dr. Terkonda took the time to carefully review all of my options with me—without any pressure. He made the decision-making process feel effortless and truly made sure I understood each option. His communication is clear and straightforward, never once feeling cryptic or rushed. His attention to detail was evident every step of the way, and I felt confident I was in the best hands. After the surgery, my quality of life has vastly improved. I'm now breathing better, and I’ve regained confidence I didn’t even realize I was missing. I couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Terkonda’s expertise and compassion. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled, caring, and understanding surgeon who goes above and beyond for his patients. Thank you, Dr. Terkonda, for giving me back not just my health but a new sense of confidence.

Dr. Terkonda botched my facial (cheek) implant surgery. I sensed this the moment I awoke from surgery. After a month, there followed an infection that manifested as a red swelling under my eye which ultimately resolved after two courses of antibiotic. A year later, another infection occurred in my lower nasal passage, the result of part of the implant having protruded thru the skin. I had discussed this concern with him months earlier to no avail. It was at this point that he wanted to surgically removed the implant. By then, my confidence in him had evaporated so I waited awhile longer and found two eminently qualified ENT-reconstructive surgeons in the Los Angeles area who expertly removed the implant and fixed a couple of other leftover sinus problems. I am finally back to normal and my left sinus is much better. He has moved his practice several times - once from LA to Phoenix, and then to Cherry Creek, CO. Ask lots of questions if you decide to use Dr. Terkonda.

This company or group I blame VerosHealth. Dr. Taconda is a good sound provider. I don't know what happened here, but I've dealt with difficulties at every aspect of this company including no test results when I was scheduled. Including really a horrible environment. Apparently can't include photos.
