Dr. Cochran is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with a plethora of nose shapes as you will see in his portfolio. My results were beautiful and very natural looking! I’m so glad I didn’t leave the country for this, the recovery was smooth and I am confident that he was the best doctor for me. I’ve been looking to do this for YEARS, and spent so much time looking for the right doctor. Am so happy with my decision and it was worth it! I couldn’t thank him enough!

In 5th grade, a soccer ball hit my face and broke my nose. Specifically, the bone was broken and the cartilage was cracked. While I fortunately did not have any functional issues, there was a slight but clear deviation in my bridge (among other aesthetic concerns I had). I always knew I wanted to fix my nose, so years later, in my mid-twenties, I scheduled two consultations with prominent rhinoplasty surgeons in Dallas. My first consultation was with Dr. Rohrich, and my second consultation was with Dr. Cochran. While I liked Dr. Rohrich, I appreciated how detailed Dr. Cochran was during my hour-long 3D imaging morph. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and gave me realistic expectations. After the consultation, I knew I wanted to book with Dr. Cochran. Besides his pleasant disposition, I knew I wanted someone who was an EXPERT in RHINOPLASTY -- not a plastic surgeon who did breast augmentations, facelifts, rhinoplasties, and everything else all in the standard week. Rhinoplasty is the most difficult cosmetic procedure, so aesthetically, I wanted someone who knew how to match my ethnic features, and functionally, I wanted someone who knew how the nose worked so I wouldn't have any breathing issues or nasal valve collapse. As an ENT who exclusively does rhinoplasties, Dr. Cochran fits the bill perfectly. My surgery was 6 days ago, and I got my cast and sutures removed today. Even though I am still very swollen, I love everything about my new nose. It is so beautiful and, more importantly, functional! Dr. Cochran and his staff have wonderful bedside manner; Kassandra, his nurse, always responded to my (many) emails, and I frantically called Dr. Cochran not even 24 hours post-op at 5 AM because I accidentally hit my cast and he said to come in that morning so he could take a look. Luckily, everything was fine, and he even accurately predicted when my worst day of swelling would be. I know I have a year before all my swelling comes down, but it is already such an improvement. My nose used to be my biggest insecurity and now it looks so pretty. I highly recommend scheduling your rhinoplasty with Dr. Cochran! EDIT: I just saw Dr. Cochran for my 1.5 year post-op visit. My nose healed very nicely and is so beautiful! I would still highly recommend Dr. Cochran.

The only reason why I’m not providing a 1 star for my BOTCHED nose job is because the staff treated me nicely and Dr Cochran did as well but that doesn’t take away from the fact that I am insanely unhappy with my results after a few years later. I did have a prominent nose and hump and it was droopy/still droppy but now I have other issues- my nose is crooked (was not crooked from the front view before although the Dr says it was, no it was not). It feels insanely uncomfortable and the best way I can describe it is that it feels like it’s being pulled in different directions- I can’t even figure out what shape it wants to take. One side is more pinched up. It also feels like it’s sinking inward on my left side. I got my nose job done November a few years ago and they kept telling me it would eventually look better. So I was patient and after 2 years still didn’t like the result and so I reached out to them and made plans to go back to Dallas for the second time. I live out of state (many states away) so to spend the money on the surgery, time away from family, time recovering and also food/stay expenses THREE TIMES for these kind of results… it’s such a let down. I was willing to do this for the right results. I went AGAIN to Dallas (1 time for a consultation, second time for my surgery, and the third time for that minimal revision) and spoke with Dr and even told him what I was unhappy with, well he recommended that we not do a second nose job (complete revision) but that he could totally go in and fix all the issues I had. I was thrilled to hear that. Right away I noticed he didn’t fix the droopiness I mentioned before the surgery.. and other things. He sounded sincere and I believed him. A red flag for me was that after the surgery (follow up appt a days after) he was having me do a very very painful and strange “exercise”, to push my nose all the way to the right side and upward, every time I felt it was dropping so it could heal straight. Like what?? I understand if he asked me to tape it so it healed properly but you’re asking me to manually straighten it out with my hands? Didn’t you fixed that? Well I was patient and listened… I kind of feel like a fool though being so understanding and giving the benefit of the doubt and trusting so much. It’s been almost a year now and guess what? I have the same presenting issues as I had prior. Botched nose job.. I’ve been kind and patient and very very understanding that sometimes things happen, etc but something up… my nose shouldn’t be reacting this way by someone that has years of practice. I know my family sees it and everyone sees that it’s a failed nose job. I kept trying to be optimistic and when I do complain a little about it- they immediately share their frustrations as well… so embarrassing. Different than my natural nose but with so many new issues.. it’s a nightmare. I cry and stress out every time I think about it.

Do not recommend.. left another review on here under 2 stars (please go read for details) but I truly want to warn others. My nose keeps getting worse and worse- gives me anxiety and now I’m left with new insecurities about my nose and it feels so uncomfortable and like it’s sinking in and insanely crooked. I wish I had never gotten my nose done at this facility. So disappointed..

I’m honestly very disappointed in my rhinoplasty. I went a few years ago and I still catch myself editing my nose because I’m not happy with it. It still has a bulbous nasal tip which he said he would fix. My nostrils are completely uneven and I feel my breathing is worse than before. He was going to make a 90 degree angle of the bottom of my nose. Didn’t happen. I had to miss time away from my daughter to heal and a rhinoplasty in general is very rough on top of with having a little one. I really hoped to be happy with my nose after the thousands of dollars paid and the amount of recovery time. I originally thought since he specifically practiced on just noses, that he would be the one to go to I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Don’t waste your money or time. I wish I had a good experience or review.
