⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Rachel New at Lemmon Ave Plastic Surgery & Laser Center for full-face Botox. Rachel was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything thoroughly. What impressed me most was that she was able to get me in 1.5 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment, which was greatly appreciated and made my day much easier. The entire process was efficient, comfortable, and I felt completely at ease in her care. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone considering Botox treatments. Paige and the whole team here are just the best. I’ve been coming to Paige for a while now and she’s honestly one of the few people I trust completely with my face, she’s unbelievably skilled, intentional, and always makes sure you leave looking like yourself, just better. Her patience with the results she gets you (which she absolutely does get you!) makes the whole process feel so safe. Once you’re in her chair there is just no doubt that you’re in good hands. On a side note, a close friend of mine recently had a scary experience at another practice, and even though she didn’t come here for her treatment, the front desk, Rachel, and Paige all took time out of their day to talk her through everything and make her feel okay again. That kind of care extending beyond your own clients really says a lot. The whole team here is just amazing. Aesthetic treatments can be intimidating so to know you’re in the hands of people who genuinely care about other humans means so much.

The staff was welcoming & professional, & Cary was knowledgeable, patient, & took the time to really listen to my concerns. She explained everything clearly & never made me feel rushed. I felt comfortable & excited (the good kind of excited) throughout my appointment & would definitely recommend this practice! In fact I’ll be going back in a few weeks for a different procedure 😁
