Dr. Adams and his entire team are phenomenal. I am only 10 days post-op, and my experience from consultation through recovery has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Shikhar Tomur performed a skin graft on my nose after having a Basel cell carcinoma removed. Prior to the surgery, he informed me of all options and what to expect using different procedures and answered all questions so I felt very comfortable knowing what to expect. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am to have been put in his most capable hands to perform this surgery. He went above and beyond all expectations before and after the procedure. My recovery has been remarkable because of his expertise and care. He treats you with the highest respect and puts you at ease. Truly, he is a most caring physician! I highly recommend him for any procedure you require! And, the surgery was a total success with absolutely no complications! Truly a 24-Hour Recovery – I’d Do It Again in a Heartbeat! I’m just one week post-op from my augmentation and lift with Dr. Adams, and I can confidently say: it was 100% worth it and I’d do it all over again. Even at my consultation, the entire team made me feel welcome and cared for. Every person on Dr. Adams’ staff greeted me by name, and that personal touch continued all the way through surgery and recovery. I was most nervous about pain and downtime, but surgery day was smooth and seamless. I spent about 6 hours total at the surgical center, then returned to my hotel, took a nap, showered, went out for a late lunch, did some shopping at NorthPark, had dinner, and was in bed by 9 PM! I had hardly any discomfort the first few days and didn’t need any prescription pain medication until day 4, when I took a single dose after a full work day. That was it — and even then, it was more precautionary than necessary. I had surgery on Thursday and returned to work on Monday.
