My experience with Dr. Randy Sanovich and the team at Dallas Surgical Arts was beyond 5 stars. From my consultation through my follow ups, I was met with extreme professionalism and care. Dr. Sanovich has the surgical precision and expertise that in combination with his artistic skill results in a beautiful and functional outcome. I came to Dr. Sanovich after more than 30 years of TMJ issues, poor occlusion and relapsed orthognathic (jaw)surgery. He performed bilateral total joint replacement of my TMJ’s, Leforte, and some cosmetic tweaking. I am 3.5 months post surgery and am healing really well. The office is extremely organized and well run. Communication is excellent. Emily, Martin and everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with were top notch. I consulted with 5 surgeons before deciding on Dr. Randy. I also traveled from out of state for this procedure. I am very happy that I chose Dr. Sanovich and Dallas Surgical Arts.

ANGELA. IS. MY. GIRL. Cares so much for her patients. She is so understanding and attentive to my wants and gave such good advice/feedback. So easy to talk to and work out a plan on what is best for you. When I had some post-injection bruising after my first time and was *internally panicking*, she did everything she could to help the recovery process and make me feel better. I had Jenn for my micro needling appointment and she was SO SWEET! Will definitely be back for future treatments! The technician/reception staff are so sweet and helpful as well! I love this place overall and won’t be going anywhere else!

Dr. Randy LISTENS to his patients! He is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met and he’s all about patient care and serving them. I was never nervous about my eyelid surgery; I know he is a gifted surgeon and pays attention to the smallest details. As an African American he understands about dark pigment and how to work with it. My eyelid surgery turned out beautiful and I’m thrilled with the results. His staff is always professional and will do everything in their power to accommodate scheduling or services. Thank you Dr. Randy for the years of care!

Having been insecure about my underbite since childhood, I have explored corrective jaw surgery several times as an adult. However, the timing was never right due to financial, insurance, or family obligations. In 2024, at the age of 56, I finally decided to prioritize researching my options. After several consultations, I knew I was in good hands when I met Dr. Sanovich. He is highly knowledgeable and showed great patience in answering all of my questions and concerns. Furthermore, because of his previous collaborations with my orthodontist, I felt confident that I would achieve the best possible results. Dr. Sanovich and his team have been truly incredible throughout every stage of the process—from the initial consultation and FMLA paperwork to the pre-op appointments, the surgery itself, and recovery follow-ups. I cannot recommend Dr. Sanovich highly enough to anyone considering this life changing procedure.
