Dr. Clark is a wonderful professional. He takes the time to carefully explain medical concepts to his patients in terms they can understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering having surgery.

I have been going to Dr Clark for years. He helps ease the pain in both my thumbs where I have osteoarthritis. He did surgery on a broken wrist a few years ago and I cannot even see the scare. Finally he is kind and listens to my concerns.

My experience at Dr. Clarks office is all positive. The office is clean, quiet and pleasantly lit and decorated. Dr. Clark and his staff rank 2 thumbs up with me for politeness, helpfulness, professionalism, knowledge, listening, explaining and thoroughness. Great job. Thanks. :)

I'm only giving 2 stars because my brachioplasty scars are nearly perfect. But my breast lift was totally botched and the price quoted for the revision included the surgeon's fee again. I don't believe I should have to pay for the surgeon to go back in and fix the mistakes he made. I'm so disappointed in the outcome of this surgery.

READ BEFORE YOUR DECISION!!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Steven Clark MD PLLC before I ever even met Dr. Clark. To begin with, his staff sent me another patient’s personal information, which is extremely concerning on its own. Instead of immediately apologizing and offering to reschedule my appointment right then and there, they casually suggested pushing it back four days later, as if the mistake and inconvenience were no big deal. When I did come in person, my girlfriend, my father, and my mother all separately commented on how rude and unprofessional the staff’s attitude was—both over the phone and face-to-face. This wasn’t just a misunderstanding; multiple people noticed the same behavior. The situation got worse when my appointment was messed up a second time. At that point, I asked to speak with a higher-up or supervisor, and the staff member refused to let me do so. When I finally reported the issue directly to Dr. Clark, instead of addressing the concern professionally, he chose to mock the situation, saying: “Our hands are perfectly fine. How about yours?” That comment felt dismissive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate given the circumstances. Overall, between the privacy violation, repeated scheduling errors, rude staff behavior, refusal to escalate concerns, and the doctor’s response, this office showed a serious lack of professionalism and patient respect. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.
