I cannot recommend Dr. McClung and the team at Reconstructive Surgical Arts highly enough. From the first consultation to my post-operative recovery, I felt completely seen and supported. Dr. McClung is truly the most kind, gentle, and attentive physician I have ever encountered. In a process that can feel overwhelming, his bedside manner and genuine care for his patients provide a sense of safety that is invaluable. If you are considering gender affirming care, please do yourself a favor and look into this clinic. They aren’t just highly skilled surgeons; they are incredible people who clearly care about the community they serve.

If you've ever gotten surgery with a doctor that works out of a hospital, you know what a nightmare the scheduling and insurance and appointments can be. It's not necessarily anyone's fault but it is such a pain. Going to RSA feels like luxury after experiences like that. They handle everything and are so communicative. Dr. McClung is not only an incredibly talented surgeon, he's just generally a good guy who wants the best for his patients. You can tell when your doctor is just getting through your appointment to get to the next. That is not the case here. Time is always made for questions and I've never felt rushed at an appointment. Allicia is so patient and understanding and always there when you need here. I can't say enough good things about her and how she's more than willing to hold your hand through it all. Anita is so warm and welcoming when you get to the office and it just sets the tone for the whole place. I imagine Michael is up to a lot behind the scenes but he's always been kind and quick to respond with scheduling, insurance, and surgery specific questions. Highly recommend their office for any service they provide that you're interested in.

Dr. McClung and his staff treated me with the utmost respect and kindness throughout the entire surgical process. Our results were flawless and I am very pleased with them.

Not only is Dr. McClung a skilled surgeon, he also has wonderful bedside manner. He has not only taken great care of me with regards to my recovery; but he also has shown me gentleness, empathy and kindness with regards to my emotional and mental health. Additionally, Allicia (the nurse who works with Dr. McClung) has consistent put me at ease; and I can tell she cares deeply about RSA's patients. I am incredibly grateful to be a patient here, and hope to continue to be so for many years to come.

Reconstructive Surgical Arts is not just a surgical practice! I am a repeat client who visits for facials and elective laser hair removal! The staff is welcoming, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoys serving their clients. Reema's facials are THE. BEST. I. HAVE. EVER. HAD! - and I have had a few. ;) She is passionate about her craft, and it translates to an exceptional client experience. Jill is generous with her knowledge and time, and a partner is helping clients achieve desired results. Michael and Allicia replace the discomfort of laser treatment with ease and fun (honestly!) I am not much of a public poster, but I have been so happy with the services that I receive that I am stepping out of my comfort zone to support this gem of a small business! But don't trust me; try it yourself!
