I recently had a tummy tuck done by Dr. Chndawarker. He was upfront and honest, he doesn't sugar coat things and makes sure you understand what's going on in normal people terms that you can understand. He really advocates for his patients and pushed back with my insurance to make sure the surgery was a success. I already feel so much relief and am so happy with the results... the belly button result are amazing... perfect placement! Dr. Chandawarkar is easily the best doctor I have ever met with in my lifetime. He is down to earth, compassionate, skilled, and has a wonderful sense of humor. He is patient, kind and I am more than thrilled with my treatment. If you're lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with him and his amazing staff, I strongly recommend it.

I've had 3 different surgeons on my transition journey and Dr. Chandawarkar is the only one I'd recommend. I went to him for breast augmentation and wish I'd gone to him for other procedures!

He is one of the best Doctors I have ever met in 2018 he performed an impossible surgery that no doctor wanted to take on cause my case was a rare one very patient and understanding and above all he listens to your concerns

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this doctor Rajiv Chandawarkar, and his office. After receiving a CT scan, I never received a follow-up call regarding my results. I had to repeatedly contact the office myself just to get answers. When I finally did, it became very clear that my results had either not been properly reviewed or my concerns were simply dismissed. Instead of taking the time to evaluate my condition thoroughly, I was unnecessarily referred to a GI surgeon for a hernia surgery that I did not even need. Thankfully, the GI specialist was professional, attentive, and honest enough to recognize that surgery was completely unnecessary. That doctor then referred me back to the original physician for proper follow-up care. Unfortunately, the original doctor Rajiv Chandawarkar, never contacted me again. Rather than addressing the issue responsibly, I was then pushed off to cosmetic surgery — despite the fact that he knew my insurance would not cover it. It honestly felt dismissive, careless, and vindictive, as if he simply wanted to get rid of me as a patient instead of helping me. To this day, I still have not heard back from his department. The lack of communication, professionalism, compassion, and accountability was unacceptable. Patients deserve to feel heard and properly cared for, not ignored and shuffled around. My overall experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unfairly treated.
