Dr. Zins is the absolute best and he is the only surgeon I would trust with any cosmetic procedure. I am posting this because it has now been almost exactly 4 years since he operated on me and every single day I am thankful I went to him with my concerns because he did the best job ever. He listened during our appointment, and 3 days after the procedure even checked up on me to see how things were going which was so kind. I felt very comfortable through the entire process and was very happy with the results, with no exaggeration I can say he did a perfect job.

Dr. Zins is great. He understood I wanted a natural look and has never pushed any cosmetic products or procedure. It’s always a pleasure seeing Dr. Zins. He is professional, personable and super friendly. I am beyond pleased with the results I have achieved.

He is excellent! He performed a surgical procedure on me and I am very pleased with the results! You might have to wait an hour for him to walk into your appointment. Don’t let this bother you. He takes his time with everyone. When someone is cutting on your face you don’t want someone who is rushing through it. He is meticulous. He is a skilled surgeon. You want someone who knows what he is doing. Zin knows what he is doing. There is nothing shaky or incompetent about him. I would let him do another procedure on me or recommend any family member to him. He is a great plastic surgeon.

He cares more about selling services than achieving successful outcomes. He destroyed my mom’s body. Had to schedule another surgery to fix original operation. He made it worse the second time. We filed an investigation with the Clinic and they acknowledged the mistakes but did nothing to make us whole. After him, I wouldn’t even take my dog to Cleveland Clinic

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to coming to him! I got scammed! He charged me $840 for Botox that did absolutely nothing! The only thing it did was raise one eyebrow higher than the other. So now I constantly look weird. I get Botox all the time and never had this issue. I’ve been coming to Cleveland clinic because I trust it! Now I will be reaching out to corporate as they refuse to refund me! What a shame! Super disappointed in Cleveland clinic and his team for this one. Also I will be reaching out to my bank. This will not end till I get a complete refund! The nerve of these scammers! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!
