Dr. Fritz and his staff have changed my life! I can breathe properly now! Dr. Fritz is exceptional at what he does and I’m so incredibly grateful he’s my doctor. I had sleep apnea and had to pull on my face to get my nostrils to open to get in air. Thank you so much, Dr. Fritz for your perfectionism and skills. Thank you also to Dr. Grande for helping me too. I starting enquiring about Dr. Fritz's services back in Nov. of 2020. I live in Tucson, Az and needed a total nose reconstruction due to losing my whole nose to cancer.. We talked over the phone after I had sent him a photo of me. He called me again on a Saturday when I new he was off and asked for pictures of my MRI so he could access my bone loss in my face. He said this was the worst case he had ever seen and he could help me.. I see this was the man that would change my life. I started surgery in Feb. 2021 and never looked back. I have had 6 surgeries to complete my nose which takes many steps. If you want a great and caring Dr. that is confident he is the one for you. I now have my life back that I thought would never happen. I finished my surgeries in Nov. of 2022 and my new life begins. Thank you Dr. Fritz

Absolutely the best there is , I had a stroke , he done my nerve graft so I could drink and so the droop wasn't that noticeable, having my 2nd surgery soon , he's a very nice man , no attitude, just super sweet

Dr. Fritz (and Dr. Prendes) did a radical partial mandiblectomy and fibular free flap surgery in May of 2018 after I had a giant cell granuloma which ate through my jaw. After the surgery, my jaw was so grossly maloccluded that they had to go back in for a revision in July of 2018 (neither time did he wire my jaw. At each post op appointment, I was basically shamed by Dr. Fritz. Saying things like, “I’ve done this procedure so many times and have never had people have problems like you.” “You just need to practice putting your mouth in the proper position” And “maybe you just need to go to pain management” when I persistently told him I was having issues. I am a nurse with absolutely no history of substance abuse and he basically treated me as if I was a drug addict post op. I was in absolute agony. I still have continuous pain, however, at my last appointment he basically said, “I did everything I could do. I can’t help you anymore.” He told me to get dental implants. (In a crooked jaw) And brushed me under the rug like my life and the quality of my life didn’t matter. Come to find out years later when I finally had the courage to see another surgeon, he did a CT, the radiologist called called the new surgeon at home to let him know that my jaw had never fused together from the original surgery and that basically I had a few screws holding my jaw together. I still struggle every single day with pain and a malocclusion which has ground my teeth down in a very noticeable way. The way I was treated by him sent me into a long depression and made me literally give up on life. I just hope that I can save someone else from sharing any of the shame and heartache that I had to endure dealing with this man. If this review saved even one person from the mental anguish that this surgeon caused me, I will be happy.

He might be good at emergency situations, but anything else just forget it. He told me right away he couldn't do it basically, which I guess I appreciate the honesty. What I don't appreciate is how he recommended me therapy, told me I have body dysmorphia, and tried embarrassing me infront of his silent minions... I literally need a septo/rhinoplasty because I got into an accident. Of course I want it to look good. I recommend you go to someone else.He told me to look at his online portfolio which is also nonexistent. No photos at all even on their instagram. Everyone seems to have little to no empathy as well unless your face is falling off. at this clinic.
