Dr Chen is one of the world’s leading experts on lymphedema microsurgery. He is in high demand and you can experience long wait time to get in with him but we trust his expertise and experience knowing he is the best doctor for treating my son’s condition. We are thankful we are his patients!

Dr. Chen and his CLINICAL staff are amazing but good luck with his scheduler and the fact that “management” doesn’t seem to care that said scheduler doesn’t do her job. You practically have to call the ombudsmen office daily to get anything done timely. Even they aren’t much help or seem to care. When asked if I could avoid this particular person in my care I was told it’s her job and she’s the only one that can do it. I find that hard to believe when it comes to an institution like Cleveland clinic. You would also think after delaying care for 6+ months for me I would have gotten some form of apology from said management. Aside from her not doing her job the overall rudeness I’ve been met with because I caught her several times doing such has been astonishing and I will not settle for it. I hope everyone is cautious of this who seeks help at this office.

Simply the worst. Please do your research and know there are surgeons out there that actually care and give you the time and attention you deserve. I would not recommend for anyone to pursue treatment with Dr. Chen.
