I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Mendelsohn and his team. Tony, Anthony, and Mark made me feel extremely comfortable about the procedure right from the beginning. They truly are the best in the business. My hair transplant experience was extremely pleasant and pain free thanks to Dr. Mendelsohn’s amazing team.

I had a hair transplant from Dr Mendelsohn team. Through the original consultation and the entire process I was assured that full coverage of the top of my head was doable. It wasnt until AFTER i had paid my $19k, one hour before the surgery on the day of tbat i was told that in fact they would not be able to extract enough hair "this time" to do full coverage. In fact, only a portion of the top of my head could be covered, and thw hair line we had agreed upon weeks before was moved up 3/4". Being an hour before the surgery, i agreed to move forward as once again, I had already paid. The surgery occurred, but, having done another transplant a year and a half later, this time in Turkey for 1/4 the cost, I can say the recovery was way worse than it had to be. I was left with days of my head feeling absolutely on fire--with the turkey procedure, this was not the case. Both were FUE for 3000 hairs. I would not recommend Dr. Mendelsohns team.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. mendelsohn for my rhinoplasty. During our consultations, he showed me a projected outcome with photos that made me feel confident in moving forward. However, the result was far from what we discussed or what was shown to me. Instead of achieving the refined look we talked about, I now have issues with a bulbous tip. This was incredibly frustrating and disheartening after placing my trust in his work. On top of that, the experience with the staff was also disappointing. I found them to be unprofessional and dismissive when I expressed my concerns post-surgery. For something as significant as rhinoplasty, I would expect a higher standard of patient care, both in terms of outcome and support. I’d advise anyone considering Dr. Mendelssohn to carefully consider their options and ensure they have a very clear understanding of what to expect in terms of results and follow-up support.
