Amazing surgeon and also every single staff are just angels. Especially Autumn. She’s just so warm and sweet and answered all my numerous questions. They made me feel at ease with my surgery and very confident. I actually had a blast day of surgery because the nurses made it such a pleasant experience. I love my results. I highly recommend Dr. Horn and his wonderful team! I want to highlight a couple of his staff members: Nurse Barbara was truly amazing. She made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into the office. Her attentiveness and knowledge of care provided me with great comfort. Another staff member reassured me that I would be fine, as he would be overseeing the anesthesia, and he kept his promise.

I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Horn seven weeks ago and the recovery and results have been great! Dr. Horn, the nurses and the anesthesiologist did a great job. Also, I see many reviews complaining about communication with them being difficult. I had the same issue until I realized I had to use Klara to talk to them. I have reached out with questions several times through Klara and they always reply in a timely manner.

I recently had upper, lower blepharoplasty and a brow lift performed by Dr. Horn. I couldn't have made a better decision than selecting him for this surgery. His staff was easy to work with and I'm greatful for the care and service provided. Thank you Brenda, Karla, Brittany, Jaz and everyone involved from consultation to surgery. I'm recovering and beginning to look and feel like myself day by day. I'm excited to see the results at the 3, 6 and 12 month mark. I do not recommend this provider for revision procedures. April 2026- current - My experience involved multiple revision surgeries performed in a timeframe that did not allow for appropriate healing between procedures. This led to repeated poor outcomes rather than improvement. Despite these outcomes, I was charged each time and Horns office filed additional coverage under my “warranty,”. None of the revisions aligned with my expectations and promise of corrective care. I was also advised to proceed with mesh placement as a definitive solution, requiring additional out-of-pocket expense. I later learned the specific mesh used was not FDA-approved for this indication and was expected to fail. It has since failed, and diagnostic imaging confirmed the mesh is now bunched internally. A third revision was discussed as being covered at 100% due to prior unsuccessful results; however, this was not honored. Communication significantly declined after complications arose, and my attempts to address concerns, outcomes, and next steps were largely ignored. Additionally, I have experienced difficulty obtaining my medical records, which has further complicated my ability to seek appropriate legal and follow-up care. Patients considering revision surgery should carefully evaluate their options, ask detailed questions about timing, materials used, and realistic outcomes, I would even suggest another providers review or Fr. Horns plan to ensure they have clear documentation of financial and clinical agreements before proceeding. Update: on a positive note- communication to send me my med records were offered.
