I’m beyond grateful to have found Dr. Gikas. I underwent a rhino/septoplasty with him two months ago, and it was absolutely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From my first consultation, Cheri and Dr. Gikas made me feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and at home. I had consulted with several other surgeons in the city prior to finding Dr. Gikas, and he was the first surgeon to take a look at my nose and tell me I had a deviated septum that needed to be corrected for better breathing (which I'd always wondered). He also took the time to ask and really listen to what I wanted to change about my nose. My recovery process was smooth and painless. Not only can I breathe so much better, but the aesthetic result is beautiful and better than anything I'd imagined. My nose fits my face SO well. Dr. Gikas truly has a gift for both artistry and detailed precision. I couldn’t recommend him more! You will be in great hands.

Dr. Gikas did my rhinoplasty October 3rd, 2025. My primary care doctor actually referred me to him which already made me feel safe knowing that the doctor I've been seeing since I was a baby had recommended him. He is so attentive and knowledgeable, he already knew starting from the consultation what I wanted. He is very talented, it was a scary surgery for a 19 year old to go into but the results changed my life. It truly was so worth it and I'd do it 100 times over again. Gikas is so underrated, he truly is so good at what he does and I'll never forget how amazing my nose looks now. Recovery was painless, I didn't even need the pain medication I was prescribed. Results looked amazing even with swelling when we first removed the cast. Every time people ask me where I got my nose done I refer them to Gikas without a doubt in my mind. I got a rhinoplasty 2 months ago with Dr.Gikas and i couldn’t be any more happier. He is a hidden gem that knows what he’s doing and will copy and paste an enhanced version of you. Ive never been put to sleep before or had any prior surgery. therefore, leading up to my Surgery date was extremely scary. I had anxiety I’ve never experienced before But i am here to assure you Dr.Gikas and his WHOLE SURGERY TEAM made this experience as smooth as possible for me from the moment you walk in to the moment you’re wheeled out. I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel people should be aware of my experience. I had rhinoplasty done by Dr. Gikas, and unfortunately the results were very disappointing. My nose healed unevenly, and one side does not match the other. The final result looked unnatural and was far from what I expected after trusting this doctor with such an important procedure. When I asked if he could fix it, they wanted to charge me again for another procedure.
